Legacy Technologies uses this electronic header finishing area for quality checks to see that all products are correctly flattened, pierced, formed and solder dipped. We also weld on clips, add substrates or any other specified steps to meet our customers needs. All electronic headers, terminals, and squibs manufactured by LTI pass strenuous quality standards performed to AQL standards. These quality inspections happens throughout the manufacturing process, including a hermiticity check.(typically 1X10-8 cc/sec) A final quality inspection is made before packing each item individually.
