Briquetting Press Machine is a Machine used to recycle Biomass waste into High Calorific Fuel Briquettes. Briquetting can be done to agricultural and Forest Waste with a maximum moisture content of 8-12%. The Biomass waste with higher moisture is dried and moisture is reduced up to 25% in Flash Dryer and  above 25-50% is in Rotary Drum dryer and is than pulverized to small particles with hammer mill Grinder and fed to Briquetting Press with the help of Hopper. Briquette are Extruded continuously and cut to required length with the help of Cutter.  The LEHRA^® high performance machines feature a sturdy construction, which guarantees constant briquette-quality in continuous operation.

Powder form raw material having 8-12% moisture, transported into Pellet Press and different sizes of Pellets can be produced on same machine by changing die. Pellet Press is very rigid & tough to handle load of practicing. Pellets are conveyed by storage Silo, where they come to ambient temperature and packed in bags according to small or commercial users. We manufacturer all the machines in our facility and it helps us to control the quality of our products. There is no binder used to manufacture Pellets in our machine. Screen is used to collect fire parts from pellets prior to convey it to storage bin.

Hammer Mill is used for grinding of biomass waste & residues such as rice husk, groundnut shell, wood chips, cotton shell, mustard husk, sugar canetrash & bagasse etc. Hammer Mill Grinder has large diameter dynamically balanced rotor. Its body is made from tested plate, alloy steel shaft. For long life bearings are width, dust protected and Itted away from grinder body guarantees continuous production and performance.

Holding Bin is affixed on Briquetting Press for regular feeding, with holding bin, machine never runs out empty. It saves our electricity, production loss etc. Stored material comes to Briquette Press by screw conveyor with geared motor fitted on bottom of Holding Bin.

With the help of pneumatic conveying system material is transported to holding bins. Raw material and dust is collected by cyclone. Grinded material is sucked with this system for better production of grinder & chipper. This system consists pipeline, cyclone, Rotary air lock & sucking fan fitted on base frame stand.

To mix any different type materials as per required percentage for two or three material to make better quality of briquittes. Mixtures can be used to mix any type binder/water for other industries. This horizontal in shape & runs very smoothly. We had supplied 1500ton/day mixing capacity unit in India.

Briquette Cutter is necessary for box/plastic paper packing to sell in malls for room heating. 250-400 mm 6 sec. Power: 8 hp.

Chipper cum grinder which chips & grinds the long material (dry & wet) in to required size for briquetting in single action.This is suitable for any type forest waste, cottons stalks, tree bark, sunflower waste & stalks, coconut waste, mustard stalks etc. Material is conveyed on a belt driven by geared motor. Output size is adjustable by changing screen. Chipped material can be fed for fine grinding in hammer mill grinder. Blades can re-sharp by surface grinder or hand grinder.
