Leiblein - Rotary Screen

The rotary screen is a drum sieve loaded from inside for separating suspended solids, particles and fibres from liquids, process water and waste water.

Leiblein - Solids Separator

The solids separator is used for the separation and dewatering of quickly sedimenting solids (e.g. sand, scale, slag) from waste water or process water.

Leiblein - Lamella Separator

The lamella separator (also lamella clarifier) separates settleable solids (particles) from liquids and is used for instance in the treatment of process water and waste water.

Leiblein - Floatation Wastewater Clarifier

In addition to non-sedimentable solids and floating materials such as oils and fats, the flotation clarifier also efficiently separates precipitated materials such as suspended solids from liquids. This makes this flotation system particularly suitable for the treatment of process or waste water, which has very high purity requirements.

Leiblein - Inclined Filter

The inclined filter is a hydrostatic working fleece belt filter which is used for filtering industrial liquids. With the inclined filter, both, filterable and floating solids can be separated. The filter fleece is selected according to the application. There are different materials and fineness of about 5-100 μm available. Depending on the solids concentration and viscosity of the fluid, throughput rates in excess of 50 m³/h per filter can be achieved.

The vacuum belt filter is used for the filtration of liquids and dewatering of sludges.

Leiblein - Flow Sand Filter

The FlowSand-Filter is an upwards flowing spatial filter with continuous filter bed cleaning. In contrast to other filter systems the filtration process is not interrupted for backwashing. Therefore, there is no need for rinsing water tanks, rinsing pumps, buffer tanks for intermittently accruing sludge water as well as complicated backwashing techniques. By the principle of volume filtration and the continuous filter bed cleaning the FlowSand-Filter can also be used at high solids loads.

Leiblein - Pressure Belt Filter (PBF)

The pressure belt filter (PBF) is used for the filtration of liquids with the help of continuous-filter fabrics or filter fleeces. Compared to hydrostatically working filters, the pressure belt filter has the advantage that the filtration is performed at a higher pressure. In doing so, a higher throughput as well as a better drainage of the filter cake can be reached.
