The 300 Series of miniature incremental encoders by Leine Linde are engineered for applications where space constraints are paramount. The inductive 600 series is based on special technology developed to increase the encoder’s durability in demanding environments. Thanks to our inductive scanning method and that robust ball bearings have been used in the series, the product is one of the most robust ø58 mm encoder on the market. The construction provides increased resistance to vibrations and consequently even extends service life.

The FSI 608 is a robust safety-certified encoder designed to provide precise and reliable protection for automation systems. Certified up to SIL3/PLe standards, it ensures compliance with the latest safety requirements, making it ideal for safeguarding both personnel and machinery. The encoder supports various mechanical mounting variants with its wide range of shafts and flanges. It offers singleturn resolutions of 13 or 19 bits and multiturn versions of 25 or 31 bits, catering to diverse automation needs. Its construction features an anodized aluminum enclosure with a stainless steel shaft, with optional full stainless steel enclosure. The FSI 608 facilitates safe communication in a PROFINET environment using the PROFIsafe protocol, delivering vital real-time values. Its safety functions include Safe Torque Off, Safe Speed Range, and Safe Operating Stop, among others, ensuring seamless integration with existing safety systems.

The Leine Linde 600 series includes the ATEX and IECEx certified model 647 and model 648 stainless steel absolute encoders, designed for challenging industrial environments. These encoders are available in both hollow shaft and solid shaft configurations. Model 647 is a singleturn encoder, while model 648 is a multiturn encoder. They employ robust construction with inductive scanning technology, ensuring reliable operation under harsh conditions such as vibrations, moisture, saltwater, dirt, temperature extremes, and mechanical shocks. The series supports various communication interfaces, including SSI, EnDat, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen, and PROFIBUS, making them versatile for integration into different automation systems.
