This excavation bucket is available in a wide-range of widths and capacities. The main body is quenched and tempered alloy steel 130,000 psi min yield. Cutting edge, lower sidecutter sections, wear strips, and side wear plates are all constructed of 360-440 BHN. Notice the unique wear strip configuration? The outer wear strips are rolled vertically around the curvature of the bucket and and then center strips are mounted horizontally between them.

This bucket is available in a wide-range of widths and capacities. Inside the wider models, you`ll find a reinforcing web that adds rigidity to the bucket. The heat-treated 400BHN base edge is cleverly drilled and counter-bored to guard the nuts and bolts from wear which, in turn, creates a smooth contour inside. The optional single or triple sectioned bolt-on edge is reversible for twice the life! Also, take a look at the heat-treated 400BHN leading edge guards. Drainage holes are also available, by request.

Lemac Hydraulic Ejector Buckets have a hydraulic driven false wall that, when activated, can cleanly dump the excavated material from inside the bucket. This application is great for digging and trenching, especially when laying pipe or wiring. The most common material excavated with this bucket is clay and mud but can be beneficial for nearly any application.

LEMAC BUCKET CLAMPS are available in multiple tine configurations for meshing with any bucket with any number of teeth. Also all LEMAC CLAMPS are available in HYDRAULIC and MECHANICAL versions. The entire structure is manufactured of quenched and tempered alloy steel 130,000 psi min yield and 360-440 BHN. The curved tine design provides greater capacity and promotes better picking ability and load retention, as well. The exclusive double ear design prevents damage to the main pin. Also, included is a heat treated alloy steel pin that replaces the machine`s stick pin. The main pivot is fitted with bearings and seals. The stay arm adjusts to three working locations and allows the clamp to be stored conveniently when not in use. Auxiliary kits are available, by request.
