LemTec - Aeration Technology
LET Aeration Technologies promote biological oxidation and ensure that all water and microorganisms come into contact with oxygen, delivering maximum wastewater treatment results. LemTec™ Aeration Technologies are a complete line of durable, dependable surface and sub-surface aeration technologies, comprised of high-quality fine bubble diffusers, coarse bubble diffusers and mixers that promote the oxygenation and circulation necessary to meet our clients’ treatment objectives. LET aeration technologies can also be retro-fitted or implemented as an adjustable stand-alone solution to address the needs of specific sites based on their individual parameters.
LemTec - Biological Treatment Process
The LemTec Biological Treatment Process™ (LBTP) is an advanced, aerated lagoon treatment process capable of meeting some of the most stringent treatment parameters. This state of the art treatment process focuses on eliminating many of the short comings of traditional aerated lagoon processes and enhancing many of their benefits.
LemTec - Segmented Cover
Technically superior design with interlocking edges with a cross-buttress design, LET’s segmented technology deliver cover solutions that are eco-friendly and cost-effective. LET Segmented Floating Cover Systems are comprised of durable discs that are engineered for floating stability. This innovative cover system incorporates specially engineered hexagonal discs with interlocking edges that are designed with a buttressed profile which allows for self-leveling, adjustment and dispersion. This stand-alone technology offers our customers optimal surface area coverage and durability, and effectively addresses common issues found in all forms of basins, tanks, reservoirs and holding ponds.
LemTec - Moving Bed Bioreactor Process
LET’s MBBR Process maximizes wastewater treatment capacity while minimizing size, cost and operator requirements. The LemTec™ Moving Bed Bioreactor Process (MBBR) is a wastewater treatment system specifically designed to treat low flows of domestic, commercial, and light industrial wastewater ranging from 1,000 gallons to 50,000 gallons per day with minimal operator interface. The LET MBBR is a Single Pass Process that can be designed to upgrade or replace an existing treatment plant in order to meet more stringent effluent requirements. This simple yet sophisticated fixed film process delivers the nitrification, denitrification and organics removal to successfully meet treatment objectives as efficiently and effectively as possible.
LemTec - Hydraulic Baffle System
Creating flow patterns to guide wastewater from influent source to effluent outlet for improved aeration and settling capabilities. The LemTec™ Hydraulic Baffle System was the first of its kind! LET developed and began integrating reverse mitered baffle technology into our wastewater treatment process designs to address common issues such as short circuiting and to achieve optimal results for our clients. Resistant to UV and chemicals, our reinforced geo membrane baffle curtains are custom designed with mitered ends to match lagoon slopes, which can then be used to create treatment cells within existing lagoons and improve efficacy from influent to effluent by directing the flow of the wastewater.
LemTec - Partial Mix Facultative Treatment Process
Enhancing lagoon process control and performance by introducing LET’s advanced technologies within conventional lagoon processes. The LemTec™ Partial Mix Facultative Treatment Process (LPMFTP) is an enhanced, partial mix aerated lagoon treatment process that is capable of meeting some of the most stringent treatment parameters. Facultative lagoons are quite common in warmer climates that are more conducive to facultative lagoon treatment. The primary benefit of the LPMFTP is that it expands the capabilities of existing, large conventional facultative lagoons by upgrading the treatment process to include state-of-the-art technologies that ensure effluent limits are successfully and consistently achieved.
LemTec - Phosphorus Removal System
LET delivers a low-cost, reliable phosphorus removal system to meet stringent effluent limits. The LemTec™ Phosphorus Removal System employs a chemical dosing system, low horsepower pumps and durable mixers to achieve guaranteed results in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. This well-established and proprietary technology was developed by LET for our municipal and industrial clients as a guaranteed solution able to achieve low phosphorus levels economically and with minimal maintenance required. With the addition of coagulants such as alum or ferric chloride, precipitates are formed that can then be removed along with waste biological sludge to ensure our customers’ effluent wastewater meets regulatory effluent T(P) limits of 1 mg/l.
LemTec - Polishing Reactor
This submerged, attached-growth media technology from LET is able to establish a stabilized, predictive environment for effective tertiary treatment whether new or retrofit, in-pond or out-of-pond. The LET Polishing Reactor™ (LPR) provides effective and affordable supplemental BOD removal and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) polishing at municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities. The LPR is a submerged, attached-growth media technology that can be included at the end of a custom-designed LET biological wastewater treatment process or added to an existing system as a tertiary treatment for Ammonia removal and BOD polishing.
LemTec - Recirculating Sand Filter
With this granular media filtration system, LET delivers the best tertiary filtration for efficient nutrient removal, continuously operating without a need for backwash cycles. The LemTec™ Recirculating Sand Filter is a dynamic up-flow bed filter used for tertiary, enhanced treatment of water and wastewater to ensure the maximum removal of suspended and colloidal solids is achieved even at varying flow rates. Within the recirculating sand filter tank, influent water is distributed evenly to the media bed near the bottom of the filter before traveling upward through the filter media. A turbulent upward current brings the water into an airlift that effectively scrubs and separates the sand, captures solids and the remaining high quality filtrate.

Custom designed to fit all shapes and sizes of lagoons, basins or tanks, LET’s modular insulated covers are easy to install and adapt to environmental factors, ensuring consistent effluent results. The high-quality, custom-engineered LemTec™ Modular Insulated Cover System from LET is a multifunctional solution that can be used for custom wastewater treatment processes. Providing maximum efficacy while also resolving a wide range of issues this stand-alone solution is great for specific wastewater treatment objectives. The proven LET technology is comprised of durable insulated geomembrane panels which maintain their rigidity and strength, requiring minimal maintenance over its long lifespan.
