The LenelS2™ OnGuard® version 8.2 access control system empowers users to take advantage of a range of new value-added features and enhancements, including locked reader override functionality, third-party integration enhancements, additional cloud database support, and more. Also included within OnGuard version 8.2 is an enhanced Reporting and Dashboards functionality through a new, native browser-based client providing a more consistent user experience with additional report customization options. The OnGuard® Access Manager client is a browser-based tool that helps OnGuard users manage the access rights of cardholders. Used alone, this client allows point-and-click assignment of access rights to cardholders from any supported web browser. When used in conjunction with the OnGuard Cardholder Self Service (CSS) module, this client provides backend management and handling of automated access requests received from CSS. Advanced access control application including an alarm monitoring module and IP-enabled controllers to provide door security.

The OnGuard® Credentials client off ers a browser-based alternative to the traditional OnGuard ID CredentialCenter Windows® application, enabling cardholder, badge, and access level management without client installation and upgrades. Users can securely access credentialing through a supported web browser* on their desktop, laptop, or tablet.

Adding video to an OnGuard® access control system enhances situational awareness for front desk attendants and security personnel monitoring access within a facility. OnGuard Surveillance client is a browser-based, modern HTML5 video technology which provides an intuitive, flexible, easy to manage, and secure client deployment experience for basic video surveillance needs.

The LenelS2™ Magic Monitor® unifi ed security client provides enhanced situational awareness to OnGuard® system operators by bringing together access control, video surveillance and external web content. The Magic Monitor client allows display and manipulation of OnGuard alarms, video and cardholder data, badges and access rights. Magic Monitor client can be used on Microsoft Windows® and MacOS® devices and provides a customizable interface. Users can view live or recorded video from the LenelS2 Network Video Recorder (LenelS2 NVR) platform and from several third-party video management systems (VMS), including Milestone XProtect®. This unifi ed client supports a variety of display formats including a single display, multiple monitors or expansive video walls.
