Leybold TRIVAC B oil sealed double stage vane pumps are well known and being used in all areas of vacuum engineering and are equally suited for both industrial production and research applications. The TRIVAC B pumps, used to generate a rough and medium vacuum or as backing pumps in pump combinations with Roots vacuum pumps or high vacuum pumps, have the ability of pumping down from the atmosphere.

The new generation Leybold TRIVAC L two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps perfectly balance the performance, reliability and overall ownership costs of your application processes. Aircooled TRIVAC L pumps are designed to meet diffused industrial application requirements requiring stable performance and ease of operation.

The innovative Leybold SOGEVAC B single-stage oil sealed rotary vane pumps are ideal for modern industrial applications distinguished by low noise levels, high pumping speeds and high reliability. SOGEVAC B pumps have a pumping capacity range from 10 to 750 m³/h @ 50 Hz with an ultimate pressure of ≤ 8 X 10^-2 mbar.

Leybold SOGEVAC BI and DI are preferred oil sealed rotary vane pumps for analytical applications owing to their optimum ultimate pressure, high pumping speeds and single-phase drives. Their reliability, low niose and maintenance-free operations are an added advantage for applications such as mass spectrometry with pumping speeds that range between 16 to 147 m³/h. Tailor- made variants for various analytical instruments are available through OEMs.

The DIVAC family of diaphragm vacuum pumps are the smallest dry pumps available in our portfolio. Their maximum pumping speed ranges from 0.6 m³/h to 4.8 m³/h.

The multi-voltage, high-speed, contact-free pumps with peak pumping speeds from 25 up to 55 m3/h have been specially designed for use in applications requiring short pump down times, low noise, low vibration, and no particulate generation such as analytical instruments, research laboratories and light industrial processes. 

A scroll pump consists of two engaged spiral forms. One scroll form is mounted eccentrically to the other and is made to move in an orbiting path relative to the fixed scroll. This creates crescent shaped volumes that are driven from the outside to the inside of the forms thereby pumping the gas.
