LHS - Overband Magnets Systems

Overbelt magnet systems are mainly used to separate materials on conveyor belts. For this purpose they are either suspended above the conveyor belt or inline. Standard permanent overband magnets are available in various sizes, Multi-pole versions for intense separation and Cross ways or inline overbands available.

Drum Magnet System

Intended Use: The drum magnet links up perfectly with the modular design of both the ESCM conveyor belt and the vibrating feeders. The supplied support beams must be used if the drum magnet needs to be positioned directly before the conveyor belt. If the drum magnet has to be placed in front of the vibrating feeder, this must be mounted onto the support frame of the hopper. The standard system is equipped with a drive motor and a division plate.

Bakker - Magnetics Eddy Current Magnet System

The Bakker Magnetics eddy current system offers the highest technology in non-ferrous metal separation. Bakker Magnetics’ new, recently introduced generation eddy current non-ferrous separators, have been incorporated in a modular system concept. This means that the various system elements – a drum magnet, vibratory feeder, eddy current magnet and separation unit, can be mounted in the same base frame. The concept allows you to modify the configuration of the removal system, quickly and efficiently. In addition to this the modular structure makes it possible to incorporate (elements of) the system easily into existing plants. This construction also significantly simplifies maintenance of the system, allowing easy replacement, e.g. of the conveyor belt and the reverse drum.

The filter bars of the FS/VI model are comprosed of an extremely powerful Neodymium magnet system in a watertight stainless-steel housing. Blind threaded holes at each end of the unit simplifies their installation. The sophisticated magnet configuration guarantees and extremely powerful and intense magnetic field. The design is based on an optimum combination of the retentive force on the surface and a working depth which is as deep as possible.













Magnetic Liquid Filter

Intended Use: Iron particles can also be present in liquid products. The permanent magnetic filter offers an effective means of removing these particles. Cleaning is considerably simplified by the extractor princliple used in the design of the filters. Once the magnet unit has been removed from the extractor both components can readily be rinsed clean.

LHS - Electromagnetic Chuck with Rotating Table

Intended Use: An electromagnetic chuck with a hardened magnetic face for grinding angles. The face plate is less susceptible to damage and the frequency of self grinding can be reduced. This also helps in prolonging the grinding wheel as it does not not be replaced so often, thus shortening the setup time.
