With our SureFlow™ Bulk Specialty Gas Supply Systems and Controllers, we are significantly reducing the number of cylinder changeouts required by conventional systems — leading to improvements in uptime, production costs, purity levels and safety.

We offer three-valve, five-valve and custom configured panels. All systems are mounted on brushed stainless steel that are mountable to any suitable surface. Each control panel features an integral check valve in the CGA connection and metal-to-metal diaphragm seal to protect your system from internal contamination during cylinder changeouts. And with low-wetted surface area, these control panels have minimal purge requirements. The three and five-valve regulators also offer purge capability to maintain the gas purity and help prevent contact with flammable and toxic gases.

The 5022 and 5026 Brass Series and 5023 and 5027 316L Stainless Steel Series high-purity automatic switchover systems are designed to provide a continuous supply of high purity gases to your laboratory, process or instrument.

The ProStar Platinum Series 8000 Automatic Dewar and High Pressure Cylinder Changeover System is designed to provide an uninterrupted flow of gas from two sources. When one source is in service, the other source is on standby. When the source is depleted, the changeover to the standby source occurs automatically. Once the changeover has occurred, a gas technician replaces the depleted source and turns the changeover regulator hand knob to the next standby source.

The brass 5031B and stainless steel 5031S Series high flow/high purity automatic changeover systems are designed to provide a continuous supply of high purity gases to your lab, processes and instruments. The Series 5031 incorporates two regulators set at different delivery pressures. Downstream line regulators are also recommended to help eliminate supply pressure effects.

The brass 5028B and stainless steel 5028S Series high purity automatic changeover systems are designed to provide a continuous supply of high purity gases to your lab, processes and instruments. Typically the 5028 Series systems are used with one cylinder per side and because of pressure differential considerations, feature a line regulator.

The 7000 Series gas cabinet enclosures are used to store gas cylinders and mount gas delivery panels for the safe use of hazardous gases. They provide a low cost method to contain any gas releases and achieve compliance of municipal and customer safety codes.

VersiGas Lab Systems offer today’s labs great flexibility when designing gas delivery systems aimed at meeting specific point-of-use gas concerns. As new instruments are added to meet increasing demands, gas piping systems can grow into a tangle of tubing, line regulators and traps, making it difficult to carry on preventative maintenance. VersiGas™ Lab Systems eliminate this concern and make it much easier to install gas handling equipment in your laboratory.

Our TRACKMOD™ multi-gas mixer is designed for stable and precise mixtures, extending from the ppm range up to percentage-level concentrations. It supports a wide range of gases in tailored compositions, making it ideal for a wide variety of industry applications. With its electronic high-accuracy thermal mass flow controller, this gas mixer brings you high reproducibility and very stable flow control. The device can be equipped with a built-in TRACKMOD multi-gas analyzer fitted with different sensors to analyze compositions in accordance with EN ISO 14175.

The TRACKMOD™ multi-gas analyzer comes with one or more highly accurate gas sensors. To give you the flexibility you need, the instrument can be upgraded with multiple sensors to meet the most demanding measurement requirements. Thanks to the built-in automatic calibration function, you can continually monitor sensor accuracy and check the results in each calibration report. Depending on the configuration you select, all measurements captured on site can be recorded as proof of quality to help you meet traceability requirements.
