The 3055j-w jaw crushing plant is the newest jaw crusher in the Lippmann product line. Featuring an opposing wedge design, it is perfectly suited for any size job. The chassis has been created to accept any application you require-hopper removable system, extended discharge conveyor to feed a secondary or screen plant, diesel or electric, hydraulic dump grizzly, cross conveyor, hydraulically folding hopper extensions.

The 3062j-w jaw crusher is the only crusher on the market specifically designed extra wide for the recycling industry. It handles slabby concrete, reducing or eliminating the need to prep material. The short stature of the jaw crusher also contributes to the success of this crusher allowing material to easily enter the chamber without causing a tramp event. Another advantage to this plant is the large 62” feeder which allows the recycle material to easily flow into the jaw without any tapper.

The 4800r features were engineered using information from our customer base and dealer network, delivering a closed-circuit impactor plant a step above the rest. Natural material flow with rotor direction improves efficiency and pulls dust away from engine. Spacious underpan area allows smooth and consistent material flow. Material is gently introduced onto the primary conveyor. Three or four bar impactor options help achieve more consistent gradation and top-size control. Open flow between impactor and pan feeder, and onto rear-discharge conveyor. Rear-discharge conveyor allows natural material flow through impactor chamber.

This plant is specifically designed to process primary feed in the toughest of applications with an extremely high production rate and minimal downtime. With a high reduction ratio, this plant is ideal for aggregate and recycle applications and accepts a front discharge conveyor and a return chute to be paired up with a screen plant to make a closed circuit plant as applications require it. This plant has also been used in a significant number of sand locations with the ability to put a step-deck in the feeder to assist with passing material.
