The UNIQA series is designed with modularity in mind. This approach gives the customer access to a large number of motor-hydraulics-material combinations, so every model is optimised for its intended use. In practice, hydraulics of a given diameter and material can be fitted with motors with different powers and rpm for peak efficiency, and different types, dimensions and builds of impeller can be chosen depending on the specific criticalities of the application.

In DRY version models, the motor is cooled by a water-glycol mix circulating in a special closed circuit. The mix is recycled through the pump by an axial impeller rigidly mounted on the shaft and the specially designed steel double jacket which provides the necessary heat exchange between the motor and the external environment.

Liqflow offers the patented, innovative two-stage Vortex grinder pump for pumping unclean sewage into pressure sewer systems. The OGP pump, with the patented two-stage Vortex grinder pump principle, enables a lifting height of over 60 mVs with continuous operation, with a 1.5 kW motor. This makes the pump especially suitable for pressure sewer systems in sparsely populated areas. The pump is delivered in complete mini pump stations, called ØkoTran, specially designed for pressure sewer systems, to be used eg. on the country side, smaller villages, cottage areas and colony gardens.

The one and only grinder pump for pressure sewer systems with 20 years lifetime * and no scheduled maintenance. For the first time, it is now possible to replace an excenterscrew grinder pump directly with a centrifugal grinder pump. The OGT replacement pump comes with a mounting kit that fits directly into your excenterscrew grinder pump station. Liqflow`s Omni Grind Turbine (OGT) Pump replaces abrasive rotor and stator components with a 316 stainless steel, durable turbine impeller for delivering the one and only grinder pump for pressure sewer systems with 20 years lifetime * and no scheduled maintenance. With the use of innovative og advanced technology, the OGT grinder pump is built for continuous operation, with versatility to adapt to the current pressure in any pressure sewer systems.

ØkoTran pressure sewer systems are an effective way of transporting wastewater from private properties located in the open country. The ØkoTran system can be used wherever septic tanks are used today. The waste water is collected in the pump pit and pumped through pipelines down to Ø32 mm to the nearest municipal sewage network. This ensures that wastewater is cleaned under optimal conditions at a muni cipal wastewater treatment plant. This will help to ensure the quality of groundwater, streams and lakes also for the next generations.

Liqflows ESPS (Environmental Sealed Pressure Switch) is a highly dependable unitized level control designed specifically for used with standardized low pressure sewer packaged systems. No moving parts, and therefore ideal for small pump stations where the space is small.
