Support Guidance When You Need Us. Standard support includes 24 x 7 web access to the system. We will assign a Service Account Manager (SAM) to you, who will serve as your point of contact for any issues that require special attention. For user support, we also offer 24 x 7 user support via email. Any email requests initiate off an automated internal process to expedite resolution. We also provide phone support during normal business hours. Since we`re cloud-based, all of our customers are on a common code base and receive maintenance upgrades at no additional cost to your subscription fee.
