We manufacture slotted and perforated pipes for environmental and/or civil works purposes. We use the most suitable plastic materials, such as; PE, PP and PVC. In addition to the use of slotted and drilled pipes in the environmental sector, another of the most common applications involved is in the production of heavy and extra heavy oil in horizontal wells through the use of extraction techniques as cyclic steam stimulation, for steam-assisted gravity drainage or in the production of methane coal in horizontal wells. On the one hand, we manufacture slotted and perforated pipes in the most common sizes that the customer can purchase through our online store, where you will find all the parts that we have and ready to be purchased by the consumer. On the other hand, we are prepared to make any demands under the plane that the customer raises with us.

In our factory we produce standard or custom plastic valves in plastic materials: PE, PP, PVDF and PVC. Llaberia Group offers its customers a wide variety of plastic valves, manufactured in our own workshop, in the different plastic materials with which we work, PE, PP, PVDF and PVC. We manufacture valves of different types:ball valves, membrane valves, butterfly valves, guillotine valve, foot valve, anti-returnvalve,solenoid valves and clapper valves. In addition, we offer different possibilities in the operation of the valves:manual drive, pneumatic drive and electric drive.

We manufacture tanks and reactors, for water or chemicals products, in different sizes. We use plastic materials more suitable and resistant to chemical agents, pressure and temperature, suchlike; PE, PP, PVDF AND PVC. Our experience of 40 years in the sector has placed us as one of the leading companies in the manufacture of reactors and tanks for the storage of different chemicals, food, water, etc. Each case is different, which is why in our factory we contemplate the realization of very different tanks and reactors. We have some tanks of a standard character and easier installation, or else we configure the totally customized piece according to the specifications indicated by the customer. Always taking into account that we work under compliance with DVS 2205 and in accordance with the requirements of EN12573-2, making the deposit suitable for a subsequent APQ certification.
