The Manual model offers straightforward control without the need for tedious calculations. Its split-scale dial ensures precision, even at lower flow rates.  The Enhanced model offers external control and a large graphical display to provide intuitive access to advanced features.

Designed specifically for commercial and industrial applications, the EXCEL® AD chemical metering pump gives you improved electro-magnetics to meet your specific flow and pressure requirements, up to 250 psi (17.2 Bar) with capacities between .002 and 2.0 GPH (.8 to 7.6 l/h). The EXCEL AD pump provides industry solutions for more versatile chemical injection with up to 1000:1 turn-down capacity to take control of your application.

An industry standard for over 20 years, the Series B Chemical Metering Pump is a rugged, reliable choice for the harshest environments. Its 100% enclosed chemical resistant housing provides this unit with ultimate protection, making it ideal for corrosive chemical dosing. With a variety of models and options available, you have full flexibility to control stroke length and frequency, pressure capacity, pulse / 4.20 mA inputs and more.

A rugged design for the toughest challenge, now with NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certification. Available in two motor driven models – the SD and the SG – the Series G Metering Pumps feature rugged aluminum construction specifically engineered to handle higher output and higher pressure applications in harsh environments. Certified with NSF / ANSI 61 and 372 for municipal compliance and safety assurance, the Series G is the right choice when choosing a pump for water treatment. By combining a heavy-duty industrial drive with state-of-the-art design, the Series G offers a mechanically actuated diaphragm that provides smooth output with reduced potential for system shock and hydraulic oil contamination. External speed control, stainless steel fasteners and NSF certifications make this powerhouse pump perfect for water treatment applications.

Designed for environments that demand additional safety features, the E7 Explosion-proof chemical metering pump delivers the protection your chemical application requires. Built with a rugged urethane coated cast housing, the E7 Series is designed specifically for hazardous environments and remote use. It meets or exceeds all standards for Class I, Division I, Groups C and D; Class II, Division I, Groups E, F and G.  Available with manual or external controls without the need for costly motors. The robust design of the E Series make it the right choice for hazardous chemical addition applications that require additional safety precautions.

Energy-efficient and convenient, the battery-operated Series J5 12VDC Chemical Metering Pump offers the same superior features of LMI’s premium line pumps, with the added advantage of remote location operation – no AC power needed.  With a low power consumption that draws just 1.6 amp average (19 watts at maximum speed), a typical 70 amp-hour battery will easily operate the pump for 24 hours at top speed.  Just as rugged as the AC powered models, the Series J5 electronics are housed in a chemical resistance enclosure at the rear of the pump for maximum protection against chemical spillage. This pump is the perfect for chlorine, sodium bisulfate, lime, caustics and acids.

Water treatment just got easier with the new LIQUITRON 7000 Series controller. When paired with your LMI metering pump, the controller’s 7 inch (17.8 cm) full-color touchscreen and intuitive user interface provides seamless set up and operation. This single controller combines all the application functionality of the four LIQUITRON standard controllers: DC4000, DC4500, DR5000, and DP5000. The LIQUITRON 7000 Series is fully equipped and ready to control your boiler, cooling tower, pH, and ORP applications out of the box.

The LIQUITRON DC4000 Series Conductivity Controller is a microprocessor based control system that will operate in a variety of water treatment applications.  Designed specifically as a bleed and feed cooling tower controller or boiler controller. The DC4000 provides a set point and relay for conductivity control, and a variety of timer functions to control chemical addition. Programming this controller is simple and is accomplished using only three keys. The backlit LCD display and LEDs provide visual indication of operating conditions and equipment status.

The LIQUITRON DC4500 Series Conductivity Controller is a microprocessor-based control system that will operate in a variety of water treatment applications. The DC4500 controller provides a set point and relay for conductivity control with a variety of timer functions to control chemical addition, including dual biocides. Pumps may be controlled in either ON/OFF or external trigger mode. Controller programming is intuitive and requires only three keys. The backlit LCD display provides a visual indication of operating conditions and equipment status to give you the most control over your water treatment process.

The LIQUITRON DP5000 Series is a dual channel pH Controller providing either relay or proportional pulse outputs to drive chemical metering pumps.  A custom backlit display provides constant information regarding controller conditions with convenient easy to use navigation. High and low alarm points, delay and limit timers, and other programmable features make the DP5000 the most adaptive pH controller available.
