Load Cell Central`s model RVSF is designed for multiple load cell applications such as medium to high capacity bin, silo, and hopper weighing applications. The RVSF, constructed of a nickel plated high alloy tool steel and fully potted to IP65 to protect from water damage, is also available in a stainless steel, hermetically sealed version. When used with our Duramount 1-S3 mounting assembly it is the ideal choice for vessel weighing and batching systems.

Load Cell Central`s XTS4 S-type load cell is a versatile load cell designed for use in either tension or compression. Constructed of a plated alloy steel, the combined error including the effects of non-linearity and hysteresis is less than 0.02% of the sensor`s capacity. These s-beam load cells are used in a myriad of applications, from watchband tensile testing to 10 ton cranes.

The model HRS hermetically sealed 17-4 stainless steel submersible load cell, it is submersible to 95psi and can be used in both tension and compression. The optional molded mating connector is available with 6`, 12`, 20`, and 50’ cable lengths. Capacities: (lb) 1K, 2K, 3K, 5K, 10K, 20K, 30K, 50K.

Load Cell Central`s XLS2-HSS is a stainless steel and hermetically sealed S beam load cell which can be used in either tension or compression applications. Applications include but not limited to tensile testing, crane scales, vessel weighing, and batching processes. This load cell is ideal for outdoor and harsh industrial environments.

The WINOX2G weight controller has multiple weighing modes pre-installed:  The "Base" mode for basic weighing, "Load" and "Unload" modes for applications such as bag filling, bulk tank filling or discharging, and the "3-6-14 Ingredient" mode for batching recipes. Other weighing controllers and digital displays are also available.

The LBI is Load Cell Central`s most economical load cell indicator.  This lightweight, portable load cell display can be powered by 4 AA batteries (not included) or an AC adapter.  It features ease of operation with simple setup and calibration.  An RS232 output alows for use of a printer or remote display.  Private labeling services are also available to OEM`s for this product.

The VPI digital display is a low cost solution to a wide range of monitoring and control applications. By simple front panel push button setup, one meter with a universal signal conditioner can be programmed to display DC or AC voltage or current, any of 6 popular thermocouples types, 100 Ohm platinum RTD`s, strain gauges and process signals. All at the price of a single function meter!

The TLE load cell signal conditioner is the quickest and easiest device of its kind to set up and calibrate.  Simply set the no-load analog output, then flip a switch and adjust the full-scale output with the rotary encoder and you are all set.  The LCD display shows mV input from the load cell/scale, and the analog output going to your PLC or data acquisition system (does not display weight readings).  This allows calibration and troubleshooting of the amplifier without the need for an electrician`s multimeter.

Load Cell Central’s OM-19 load cell amplifier is the perfect solution for OEM applications that do not require a load cell display.  24VDC powered, this load cell amplifier is often paired with PLC systems, and provides an amplified load cell signal to 0-10V, +/-10VDC, or 4-20mA output.  The OM-19 can power up to four 350 ohm strain gage load cells.  The OM-19 load cell amplifier also features a shunt calibration switch, sense connections, excitation jumpers, and variable output rates from the factory.  The OM-19 signal conditioner comes in several models, including OM-19-1 which is an OEM bare board version, OM-19-2 is DIN rail mountable, or OM-19-3 the fully enclosed version.  Each version is also available with two optional configurable setpoints.
