The Big Easy is a New Generation rig, designed specifically to meet the demanding challenges of today’s highly competitive rig contracting market. The Mast and Substructure are optimized for highly mobile land drilling operations, to be assembled quickly and easily, without the need of a crane on site. No conventional rig design or rig packaging concepts were left unchallenged in order to meet the objective of developing the most efficiently mobilized and erected rig on the market. It is comprised of a single mast package, and a three-piece substructure, transported on heavy duty dollies, with three steerable axles and three fixed axles—specifically engineered for optimum weight distribution, minimal turning radius, alignment of assemblies, and heavy-duty off-road operations.

LS30-AC is a free standing trailer mounted AC rig, specially designed for highly mobile desert operations. An optional skidding system is available for multi-well drilling. The rig is also available in a helicopter transportable version for remote locations with limited access. The rig arrangement allows fast, efficient, and safe rig-up without crane.

For ultimate mobility for installation and operation in limited access regions, Loadmaster companies have designed and manufactured helicopter transportable drilling rigs. These rigs deliver full capacity and performance of the conventional versions, but are modularized and packaged to meet helicopter lift weight requirements. The installation configuration, is optimized for fewest components and handling and assembly with minimal equipment on site. Load tested lifting padeyes and slings slings are included.

Rig Walking: System Loadmaster’s rig walking systems are widely used globally, providing a unique solution for today’s land rig drilling market, where moving from well to well without having to rig down is becoming an industry standard procedure.

Our multi-well skidding system is shown implemented on our LS30- AC desert trailer rig. This system allows the well-to-well movement, of the mast and substructure, with pipe setback, without moving the other rig systems and components.

Loadmaster Universal Rigs, Inc. offers high quality mud pumps from 500 HP to 2200 HP, based on the time proven industry standard F-Series Mud Pump and are operationally and spare parts compatible. Key improvements and upgrades distinguish the Loadmaster Premium Series of mud pumps. Manufacturing under a strict API Q1 QA/QC program, all pump assemblies meet standard installation tolerances. Each mud pump is fully tested in our factory before delivery. The test data is recorded digitally as a part of the QC program. Third party certification can be provided upon request. All Loadmaster pumps can be unitized with either AC or DC motors, or mechanical drives. Pumps can be mounted on standard oilfield tailboard skids, or trailerized for easy transportation.

Loadmaster’s series of vertically assembled telescoping offshore masts, also known as “Bootstrap” masts are configured for the mobility required in the Gulf of Mexico market and regions of similar activity. These masts are mobilized with conventional supply vessels, and are installed with the platform service crane. The installation and erection of these masts is accomplished with a trained rig crew, and do not require specialized crews.
