Logiball - Mainline Sewer Packer

Logiball 2001J Mainline Packers are engineered to meet the highest standards for testing and sealing mainline sewer pipe joints using acrylamide, acrylate, or urethane gels. A thick, reinforced SBR rubber sleeve is bonded to the stainless-steel core, with an additional layer of softer rubber applied over the seating area to ensure superior contact and sealing, even against rough surfaces. The smooth exterior finish also helps reduce grout adherence, making post-grouting cleanup easier. Each Logiball 2001J Mainline Packer is equipped with two grout ports and a third dedicated port for the test medium, whether air or water.

Logiball - Collapsible Mainline Sewer Packers for Injection Grouting

Collapsible Mainline Packers are designed for testing and sealing pipe joints 24 inches and larger. These injection grout packers can be fully dismantled to pass through openings as small as 21 inches in diameter, then quickly reassembled once inside the pipe. A soft natural-rubber sleeve is securely fixed to the support shell, covering both end bladders to ensure optimal seating and sealing, even against rough or irregular surfaces.

Logiball Man Entry Pipe Lateral Grouter is an inflatable bladder with threaded adapter used to install our standard lateral grouting plugs to seal laterals from a man entry pipe or a manhole. It includes one inflation port for the lateral bladder, one inflation port for the 4″-6″ bladder, two ports for the chemical grout and one void liquid filled pressure sensor line.

Logiball - Dual Seal Inflatable Plug

Logiball multisize dual-seal inflatable plugs are designed to isolate and test the annular space of dual-containment piping systems. Their donut-shaped profile allows them to easily slide between the carrier pipe and the containment pipe, making them the fastest and most cost-effective solution for low-pressure air testing. Once positioned between the two pipes, the plugs are inflated. This inflation causes the inner rubber wall to press firmly against the outer surface of the carrier pipe, while the outer rubber wall expands to create a tight seal against the inside of the containment pipe. Each unit includes two flow-through ports to insert and monitor the test medium (air) within the isolated annular space between the inflated plugs.
