Longinotti - Model K1201 MS - Hydraulic Single Layer Presses

The single-mould press mod. K1201 represents a further development of the MS series of Longinotti presses for the moulding of single-layer cement-agglomerated products by only using the traditional raw materials (marble granulates, marble powder, white cement) without any need of chemical additives. It includes the last development of the patented Longinotti MS-technology for the evacuation of the water in excess from the wet mix during the same moulding operation. The Longinotti MS-system and the high moulding pressure allow for a compact, porosity-free product of remarkable resistance. The machine is specifically designed for the moulding of large-size products (up to 1500×620 mm and with thickness from 20 to 50 mm in the standard version) but it is also suitable for moulding tiles of smaller size. Provided with automatic dosator of the wet mix with large-diametre dosing cups, internally chromium-plated and adjustable in volume for easy variation of the product thickness.
