The 4-station press mod. K354/MS has been designed for the production of MS single-layer tiles for indoor and outdoor application up to the size 500×500 mm, by using the Longinotti patented system for evacuation of the excess of water from the wet mix through the special draining and filtering pressing pads. Moulding force: 350 tons. Productivity: up to 50 m2/h.

The 4-station press mod. K754/MS is designed for the moulding of MS single-layer tiles for indoor or outdoor application up to the size 600×600 mm by using the Longinotti patented system for evacuation of the excess of water from the wet mix through the special draining and filtering pressing pads.

The single-mould press mod. K1201 represents a further development of the MS series of Longinotti presses for the moulding of single-layer cement-agglomerated products by only using the traditional raw materials (marble granulates, marble powder, white cement) without any need of chemical additives. It includes the last development of the patented Longinotti MS-technology for the evacuation of the water in excess from the wet mix during the same moulding operation. The Longinotti MS-system and the high moulding pressure allow for a compact, porosity-free product of remarkable resistance. The machine is specifically designed for the moulding of large-size products (up to 1500×620 mm and with thickness from 20 to 50 mm in the standard version) but it is also suitable for moulding tiles of smaller size. Provided with automatic dosator of the wet mix with large-diametre dosing cups, internally chromium-plated and adjustable in volume for easy variation of the product thickness.

K1204/MS is a powerful, high-capacity machine designed for the moulding of MS single-layer tiles for indoor or outdoor application up to the size 600×600 mm by using the Longinotti patented system for evacuation of the excess of water from the wet mix through the special draining and filtering pressing pads.

6-station press of very high productivity, powerful and extremely sturdy . Suitable to mould double-layer cement-agglomerated tiles up to the size 1050×500 mm or 600×600 mm. Step-by-step moulding process controlled by a special hydraulic proportional valve for increased productivity and optimal compacting of the final product. Moulds vibrators of 2300 W each; intensity of vibration adjustable from the control board. Revolving of the table by means of large-diametre toothed wheel and pinion, driven by geared motor fed by inverter. The 5-station press K165/DS has been designed taking into account the production requirements of  small and medium-sized factories; it is however equipped with the automatism typical of presses of higher production capabilities.

Automatic moving lines (cycles) of the tiles moulded by a revolving press. Tiles, either freshly moulded or cured, are taken off and moved by means of a vacuum-operated device.
