Imaging Systems & EM Sample Preparation

Model E3000/3100 - Critical Point Dryer

The devices E3000 / E3100 are the known classics and for over 40 years proven themselves in the laboratory. The control of the drying process is made simple due to large valves and two large gauges for pressure and temperature. The temperature change is (water cycle) controlled by an optional thermostat which ensures satisfactory cycle times.

Model K850 - Critical Point Dryer

The K850 combines versatility and ease of use. The built-in thermoelectric heating and adiabatic cooling allow accurate Temperaturkontolle. The vertical pressure chamber (32 mm diameter x 47 mm) has a lateral sight glass to monitor the liquid meniscus.

Model PP3010T - Cryo-SEM Preparation Systems

Recipe driven touch-screen interface. Fully automated processes and start up. Gas cooled aQuilo preparation chamber. Superb specimen visibility. Cooling to -190ºC or better with rapid thermal response. Off column cooling and pumping minimum mass on the SEM. Up to 24 hour hold times no more topping up of dewars.  Single port interface available (if microscope geometry allows).

Life Science

Filters for Fluorescence Analytics

LOT-QD offers a great variety of filters, beam splitters and customized filter sets for fluorescence microscopy and spectroscopy. We offer standard filters of the “D” series, steep edge filters of the “HQ” series, steep edge plus high transmission (>95%) filters of the “ET” series. For Raman spectroscopy applications we offer dielectric and holographic Notch filters. Long wave pass, short wave pass Raman edge filters are available as standard, low ripple and ultra steep low ripple versions. All these filters have a rising edge of only a few nm in width.

Light Sources for Research, Development and Industry

Arc Light Sources

Arc light sources have high UV and VIS output with some lines in the NIR. The small bright arcs have significant advantages when used with condensing optics. Arc light sources produce either a highly collimated beam or a small bright focused spot. The high, intense spectral peaks of mercury arc light sources make them excellent light sources for spectroscopic studies. The rich UV output makes them suitable for exposure of many photoresists.

Model 22C - Cryogenic Temperature Controllers

The different cryogenic temperature controllers Model 22C, 24C, 26 and 32 feature two or four multi-purpose input channels, which support most temperature sensors (silicon diode, ruthenium oxide, platinum RTD, CernoxTM, rhodium iron, germanium, Carbon-GlassTM, GaAlAs diode and thermocouple). They cover a temperature range from 200 mK to 1500 K. Different interfaces (Ethernet, RS-232, GPIB, USB and LabViewTM) together with advanced operation software assure an easy integration into your measurement set-up.
