A continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) is the total equipment necessary for the determination of a gas or particulate matter concentration or emission rate using pollutant analyzer measurements and a conversion equation, graph, or computer program to produce results in units of the applicable emission limitation or standard. We build CEMS Panels as per customer requirement. Sample is extracted from stack / duct through a heated filter. Blow back arrangement provided for cases where there is high dust load. Extracted sample is transported using heat-traced line to the sampling system for further conditioning of gases to measure the content of gases as per requirement.

Sample Coolers are typically used in SWAS to cool steam and water samples of High Temperature(upto 593 deg.C) & pressure rating (345 bar) for continuous process monitoring in power plants
