Chemical Waste Streams for Liquid Waste Streams to Electricity

LPP Combustion, LLC is a liquid fuel and waste hydrocarbons conversion company that has developed a patented technology that can help companies save millions of dollars by converting waste liquids generated from manufacturing processes into affordable electric power. This conversion and recycling process will address two critical needs for manufacturers and waste stream recycling facilities. 1.) dealing with waste liquids that currently require costly environmental management, and 2.) finding reliable sources of low cost electricity and steam to power the manufacturing/recycling process. Waste liquids suitable for use with the LPP Combustion technology include: acetone, heptane, ethanol, ethyl acetate, isobutyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, toluene, methanol, butanol and other similar hydrocarbons, up to and including No. 2 distillate fuels.

Oilfield Power Systems for Oil & Gas Industry

Flared gases and NGLs can be re-purposed as fuel for flex-fuel, low-emissions LPP Combustion Power Systems, lowering production costs, reducing logistical burdens, and addressing Gas Capture Plan and other compliance issues with flaring and emissions. The Lean, Pre-mixed, Pre-vaporized (LPP) equipment enables clean combustion of liquid fuels in gas turbines and industrial boilers and burners. In addition to flare-gas NGLs, the LPP Combustion Oilfield Power System also operates on a variety of traditional liquid fuels and ethane/methane.
