Crankshaft Blasters

The LS Industries Crankshaft Blaster is a manual air blast system with a roller cart that can rotate the crankshaft inside the blast cabinet. The system includes a work platform for 1 operator and single lance connected to the blast pot. The system includes an elevator and auger for returning shot back to the pressure pot for continuous blasting. This system allows the operator to control the blast profile on the crankshaft to get it clean without causing any damage. The cart system makes it easy to handle crankshafts from 14” to 48” in diameter.

Model GB601 - Manual Blast Cabinet

The LS Industries GB601 is a glass bead air blaster designed to be used for blasting small parts or precise spaces. Commonly used for removing rust, mill scale, heat scale, and carbon buildup from metals or to strip paint, powder coating, plating and anodizing from parts for rework. The blasting process can be used to apply a uniform finish to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and other metals. This economic blast cabinet is both safe and long lasting. Neoprene-on-fabric gloves that resist wear, safety interlocks disable blasting if either door is opened and the blast gun is designed to last for many hours of blasting.

The LS Gravity fed 10” Direct Drive Blast Wheel is designed for long life, optimum performance, versatility and simple maintenance.The LS impeller is capable of throwing abrasive at 240 feet per second. The blades and hub are balanced at the factory for minimal vibration and long life. The LS gravity fed impeller eliminates the need for an abrasive reclaim system and abrasive control valves, thereby reducing operating and maintenance costs for the shot blaster. The LS blast wheel is ideal for small machines.

4-S Vibratory Tub Shaker

These mighty cleaning machines have long been a popular tool for both automotive and industrial cleaning applications.
