The LTG centrifugal fans in the VRK series are available in small to medium sizes. The bolted housing contains a welded impeller with back-curved blades. One side is completely open for use as an air outlet, resulting in lower dynamic pressure loss and about 25% saved power input compared to squirrel cage impellers. Fans in the VRK series are generally used at pressures of up to 8.03 ”wg, and achieve volumetric flows of up to 58 858 cfm. These fans too are available with either single or double-sided intake, various drive types and a wide range of accessories.

The LTG Centrifugal fans in the VSR 5 / RU..M series are suitable for conveying gaseous media at very high pressure levels. Their robust welded design ensures high operational reliability, durability and vibration-free, low-noise operation. They are solely single inlet available in various housing positions and drive variants. The LTG conveying fans in this high-pressure model series are centrifugal fans with intake on one side and a direct drive. They have a reinforced welded steel housing with a cleaning opening and an impeller with open blading. The blade path diameters are smaller than those of the fans in the medium-pressure range, meaning that these fans have lower volumetric flows and smaller quantities of solids. They are ideal for conveying dust, particularly dust concentrations in the secondary circuits of filter systems. The materials used are specially matched to the application. Highly wear-resistant special steels also ensure a long service life and low maintenance requirements.
