The LUBING Steep conveyor “Climber” works with two outer guided roundlink chains with welded cross bars. This guarantees high performance of function.

The LUBING Cleaning Units are designed for cleaning of conveyor chains for egg transport. The Cleaning Units clean the transport chain with Ultrasonic oscillation and used hot water with an addition of cleaning agent. It is possible to integrate this Cleaning Units into existing conveyor. A deflection unit is needed to guide the lower conveyor chain into the basin. The Cleaning Units can be used as stationary station or as a mobile unit. The Cleaning Units cleans the chain safe and reliable from biological nutrient media for bacteria and fungi contamination.

The  D-Line  pump  series  replaces  the  Eco-pump  units.In  new  orders  from    May 1st, 2019  the relevant parts will be replaced appropriately.An  individual  customization  of  the  systems  is  now  simplified  by  new  modules.  Special  pumps were  designed  for  supply  frequency  of  60Hz  and  an  additional  pump  size  for  even  bigger systems is now available.Furthermore the optionally available wall mounting kit (art. 7290) allows a vibration damped wall mounting of the new pump series.
