Standard Warranty Services

Ludlum Measurements, Inc. warrants the products it manufactures to be free of defects due to workmanship, material, and design for a period of twelve months (1 year) from the date of shipment to the purchaser (24 months from the date of shipment for our Model 4525 portal monitors). The calibration of a product is warranted to be within its specified accuracy limits at the time of shipment. In the event of instrument failure, notify Ludlum Measurements, Inc. to determine if repair, recalibration, or replacement is required.

Extended Warranty Plan Services

Ludlum Measurements, Inc Extended Warranty Plans are designed to give you peace of mind by keeping your instrument at optimal performance. Extended Warranty Plans improve productivity, decrease instrument down-time, maintain peak performance, extend instrument lifetime, lowers cost of ownership and provides convenient access to quality service and parts.

Instrument Repair Services

Our facility offers a full service repair and calibration department. We not only repair and calibrate our own instruments but most other manufacturers instruments as well. Repair estimates are offered at no cost and repair and modification charges are based on material cost plus labor. Labor rates are billed for actual time at the rates shown below.
