A compact horizontally mounted oval bag pulsejet cleaned fabric filter. The horizontal bag arrangement allows for easier maintenance access and does not require additional headroom.

The compact horizontal bag arrangement allows for convenient and safe inspection and replacement of the filter elements, and therefore perfectly suits exposed locations. Safe access to the filter bags is provided by a large door on the clean side of the filter, thereby eliminating the need to access the top of the unit.

Vertically mounted oval bag reverse air offline cleaned fabric filter. Our proven robust ‘reverse air off-line’ cleaning system is unique to Luehr. This method of filter bag cleaning eliminates the need for compressed air during cleaning of the bags, and ensures efficient bag cleaning, extended bag life and an increase in the overall collection efficiency. Due to our unique lip seal design, the bag cleaning air is taken from outside of the clean air chamber avoiding contaminating the clean side of the bags in any circumstances. The SMWF air filter package is installed on a large screen house avoiding the cost of running and maintaining a compressed air plant.

A ZK Centrifugal Scrubber controlling emissions from a coal storage shed. ZK Centrifugal Scrubber that features no moving parts is primarily used for high dust load applications. VK Dynamic Scrubber includes an integral wet fan to create highly turbulent conditions, which forces the dust particles into the scrubbing liquid. The integral fan also provides the process-induced draft. High efficiency Venturi scrubber which atomises the scrubbing liquid to entrain the dust and fume particles which then coalesce into larger droplets enabling them to be removed from the gas stream. This enables collection of smaller particles, well into the submicron range, when compared to the ZK or NVK models.
