LUNA Meter readout program allows the user to obtain data stored in the electricity meter via the optical data port on all types of electricity meters. All registered data inside the meters can be read using this program and can be easily exported to a computer file to help analyze data using other programs. LUNA Meter Readout Program supports all meters using the IEC-1107 data fomat. In order to reduca readout time options on the program it allows user to partially read registered data of interest. An option to read data via entering the corresponding OBIS code is also supported. If available the program can read data through the RS-485 and RS-232 ports on the meter as well.

LUNA Meters has developed its own Internet Web (WWW) based Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) software program to facilitate remote management and readout of electricity meters. Designed for electricity utility companies, this program can also be used by private facility management companies such as large shopping centers, marinas, private housing complexes and various other projects requiring sub-metering applications.
