Arioso - High Performance Air Filtration Composite Media

Arioso high performance air filtration composite media is ideally suited for gas turbine air intakes, where end users value high efficiency filtration for reduced cleaning, less downtime, and maximum energy output. Suitable for pulsed and static applications, Arioso media delivers E10 to E12 efficiency at world class low resistance. Arioso composites’ resistance to oil and hydrocarbon loading provide longer filter life than other available membrane technologies. Arioso media delivers extremely low pressure drop to high efficiency filters, allowing your customers to use less energy, and save money. And did we mention that Arioso media contains no fluoropolymers or halogens, allowing for the potential of incineration or recycling? Saving energy, saving money, and recycling. LydAir - Air Filtration Media

LydAir® MG ASHRAE air filtration media provides superior strength and stiffness for improved pleating characteristics while also offering excellent filtration and dust holding performance. Providing 100% mechanical efficiency, LydAir MG ASHRAE media does not rely on an electrostatic charge and will not lose efficiency over time.  It is chosen for applications where guaranteed efficiency and consistency is a must and reduced energy costs can provide a distinguishable competitive advantage. LydAir MG media is a non-woven, wet laid media for both deep-pleat and mini-pleat air filters. It is comprised primarily of glass micro fibers and produced with a wet laid process similar to that used for the production of paper. LydAir MG media is specially engineered to provide the highest available efficiency at a minimal resistance to air flow.  

LydAir - HEPA and ULPA Air Filtration Media

LydAir MG HEPA and ULPA air filtration media is specially engineered for use in a wide range of absolute clean air applications that provide the highest available efficiency at a minimal resistance to air flow. LydAir MG media is designed to provide superior strength and stiffness for improved pleating characteristics for a broad range of applications. LydAir MG HEPA and ULPA air filtration media is non-woven, wet laid filter media for use in pleated air filters. LydAir MG media is comprised primarily of glass micro fibers and is produced with a wet laid process similar to that used for the production of paper. Available in efficiencies ranges from E10-U17 (>99.999995%).

Lydall LydAir - Air Filtration Media

Engineered to provide superior processing on your existing pleating equipment, LydAir® SC air filtration media is a 100% synthetic composite media which is highly uniform and durable, resulting in improved production efficiency and filter quality. Its patented gradient density construction and low resistance to air flow provide for extended filter life. LydAir SC media is available in a wide range of efficiencies to meet your air filtration requirements and can be customized to your application. LydAir media is also available in microglass and in synthetic/glass and poly/cellulose composites. Materials of construction and media properties can be customized to suit individual applications.

Lydall LydAir - Air Filtration Media

LydAir® MB all-synthetic meltblown polypropylene media provides high efficiency and dust-holding while minimizing airflow resistance. This multi-layered media is electrostatically enhanced and available in efficiencies from MERV 10 to MERV 16. It is engineered for consistent processing and performance in stitched or ultrasonically sealed pocket or bag filter designs.

Lydall Manniweb - Industrial Paper

Lydall’s Manniweb® industrial paper protects fragile filtration media in harsh environments. Manniweb media is highly uniform and very stiff, resulting in excellent pleatability. High porosity results in low pressure drop for air filtration applications. The structures are optimized for crisp pleating and good bonding to efficiency layers for composite media. Manniweb media laminates well to microglass media, meltblown materials, membranes, and nano-fiber layers. Manniweb functional support layers are available in all-synthetic, cellulose/synthetic, and glass construction with a range of basis weights, and can be used as a standalone layer for coarse filtration applications.

Lydall Solupor - HF Hydrophobic Membrane

Solupor® HF membrane is a next generation hydrophobic membrane for use in a variety of biopharmaceutical venting applications. Comprised of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, this membrane is microporous with exceptional gas, air, and liquid permeability. Solupor HF membrane has a scientifically advanced support based on Solupor membrane, combining gamma radiation compatibility with high air flow characteristics. Solupor HF membrane is available in a range of pore sizes, including 0.2 µm grades optimized for Biopharm venting applications.

LyPore - Clarity Binder Free Media

LyPore Clarity binder free media is comprised of 100% binder free microfiberglass. This media was specially engineered as part of the LyPore liquid filtration media family to meet critical applications requiring no additives. With a consistent non-binding fiber structure, LyPore Clarity media is ideal for diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, and other critical applications requiring very low extractables. The surface and depth characteristics of these grades are optimized for fast uniform wet-out and high wet tensile strength. LyPore Clarity media is produced to rigorous standards for cleanliness and purity, making it compatible for a full range of applications demanding very low chemical entities.

LyPore - Liquid Filtration Media

LyPore liquid filtration media is Lydall’s workhorse product for liquid filtration. These grades have a history of success in a variety of applications. The small diameter fibers give this microfiberglass media superior efficiency and dirt holding when compared to cellulose and synthetic media. LyPore media delivers unmatched value given its premium performance characteristics, and is available binder free or with acrylic, epoxy, or FDA approved binders. Surface treatments can be implemented to enhance filter performance, such as with oil repellent and hydrophobic filters.

LyPore Defender liquid filtration media is Lydall’s newest liquid media series.  Extensive R&D coupled with industry leading expertise in wet-laid microglass media results in a series of products that truly push the boundaries of dirt holding, particle removal, and flow.
