QUANTIpure - Glass Tube Based System
In contrast to the DSU-05 and DSU-20, the DSU-300 is not a glass tube based system. Instead it relies on a number of stainless steel body parts that are vertically interlaced to form a sublimation column. The modular Vacuum Sublimation System DSU-300 provides the ability to purify up to 300 g of volatile organic compounds per batch (depending on density). Stand alone and glovebox integrated versions available.

The system has been designed for customers needing an economic research and development tool to do vital experiments under clean atmospheres. Standard features of this system include a stand, large main antechamber, a rotary vane vacuum pump and a PLC-M. Braun controller*. The standard LABstar package comprises of a single column inert gas purification system that is fully automatic and regenerable. The glovebox maintains atmosphere levels of less than 1 ppm oxygen and moisture.

Discharge Isolator System

These isolators are well equipped for processes that use highly active or sensitive materials because of their flexibility and potential for multi-purpose use. Discharge isolators are generally customized systems. In most cases, they`re equipped with automatic or semi-automatic docking stations or automatic valves. These devices, however, become a limiting factor in terms of operator exposure: most automatic systems are specified at more than 1 microgram per cubic meter over 8 hours.
