Maan - Municipal Solid Waste Compost Plant (MSW)

Maan - Municipal Solid Waste Transfer Station (MSW)
Transfer of large quantities of Municipal Solid Waste using Transfer Station is an age-old concept . It is being practiced in many cities around the world . In India, the utility of Transfer Station arises in the cities where there is a large generation of waste and landfill sites are far away from the city. In most Indian cities, source segregation of the Municipal Solid Waste is not yet practiced or practiced at a very small scale . The concept of Sorting cum Transfer Station in such cities will give a lot of additional benefits when compared with standard transfer stations.

Maan - Rotary Screen / Trommel
Indigenously developed shaft-less Rotary Screen, better known as Trommel, is widely popular for its smooth operation. It is capable of screening a wide variety of materials in various sizes and capacities. These screens are Hydraulically/Electrically driven and have replaceable panel for easy maintenance. Stationary rotary trommels are used in many types of sifting or separation work and are useful for a variety of applications, including the separation of sand/gravel, minerals, grains and in municipal solid waste (MSW). These rotary screen separators provide consistent size separation and classification, providing high output efficiencies.
Maan - Conveyor
HMT manufactures a wide range of conveyors which are of positive drive type and specially developed for MSW application. Such conveyors include sorting conveyors, moving bed feeders, bulk flow conveyors, chain-belt conveyors, Apron conveyors, Straight conveyor, Z conveyors, L Type conveyors etc. We also undertake design and supply of conveyors according to specific requirements of customer.
Maan - Vibro Screen
Vibro screen is a vibratory type screening equipment specifically designed for complex materials (e.g. Solid Waste). This is a unique reverse flow type screen which is designed to optimize the screening process. Multiple such equipments are functioning at our different Municipal Solid Waste Treatment facilities.
Maan - Air Density Separator
Air Density Separators are our specially designed product used for separation of RDF fraction from feed material either form Legacy waste or Fresh Waste.
