The Ash Breaker is a purpose-designed lump breaker and feeder prepared for the reduction of large lump material (up to 750mm) to less than 40mm in size, suitable for conveying through the Denseveyor and Ashveyor dense phase pneumatic conveying systems. The breaking action is achieved by means of two inwardly rotating breaker wheels manufactured with cast ni-hard breaking teeth which may be replaced without disassembly of the crusher unit. With minor modifications to the crusher, the unit is suitable for size reduction of coal and other materials.

Our filters are made of passive, cloth bag material with a reverse jet pulse cleaning system. NEMA 4 timer, controls, and solenoid enclosures (also available in NEMA 4×7 and 4×7) with a hinged bottom access service door.

Our pipe is nominally sized to meet the pneumatic vessel outlet diameter. Standard A53 sch. 40 material of construction (also available in 304 & 316 SS) and 150# ANSI B16.5 flange pattern. Preferred pipe connection arrangements are raised free slip-on flanges.
