MACE AgriFlo - Smart Packaged Flow Metering System
The AgriFlo XCi can be used to monitor vital farm equipment and on-farm sensors. Use the versatility of AgriFlo XCi to monitor inputs as diverse as: irrigation flows; farm wastewater flows; water quality; dam levels; soil moisture; pump and engine management systems. AgriFlo XCi is easy to install, easy to use and virtually maintenance free. Utilizing state of the art MACE Doppler ultrasonic velocity sensors, AgriFlo has no moving parts and provides minimal obstruction to the flow. MACE Doppler ultrasonic velocity sensors excel in trash laden water and animal waste which means that the meter stays in service longer without time-consuming repairs.
MACE HVFlo - Portable Waterproof Logging Flow Meter
HVFlo features MACE field proven Doppler velocity and level measurement sensors. Advanced spectrum signal processing allows HVFlo to produce superior results under a very wide range of hydraulic operating conditions. Even under full pipe, surcharge, or reverse flow conditions, HVFlo will produce accurate, repeatable results every time. HVFlo offers optional telemetry interface for long-term monitoring applications.
MACE FloPro - Open Channel Flow Measurement System
The FloPro XCi can be used to monitor just about any water quantity and quality sensor together with vital mining, municipal and industrial equipment and assets. Whether you need to measure flow as well as conductivity, pH and rainfall or utilize a downward looking ultrasonic depth sensor to measure pond levels the FloPro is fully expandable to your needs. Furthermore, FloPro is easily interfaced to SCADA/telemetry systems. FloPro XCi is easy to install, easy to use and virtually maintenance free. Utilizing state of the art MACE Doppler ultrasonic velocity sensors, FloPro has no moving parts and provides minimal obstruction to the flow. MACE Doppler ultrasonic velocity sensors produce superior results under a wide range of hydraulic operating conditions such as those encountered in wastewater and stormwater flows. Even when the pipe slope is unknown, in surcharge, or flowing in reverse, the FloPro produces accurate repeatable data every time.
MACE - Doppler Card
The FloSeries3 Doppler card provides the input for connecting MACE Doppler ultrasonic velocity sensors. Each MACE Doppler ultrasonic velocity sensor is terminated with a 9-pin d-connector that plugs in to the Doppler card. The sensor cable is securely attached to the card by tightening the thumb screws.
MACE - I/O (input/output) Card
The FloSeries3 I/O card supports seven sensor inputs and four control outputs including 4-20mA, voltage and digital. The card also supplies 12V to power your add-on sensors.
MACE - Pulse I/O Card
The FloSeries3 Pulse I/O card powers (+5VDC or + 12VDC) a single pulsing flow sensor and provides a pulse output. This allows an XCi device the ability to sense pulses from non-MACE flow sensors.
MACE - Master Card
The FloSeries3 SDI-12 Master card provides an XCi device with the ability to control and log SDI-12 sensors.
MACE - WebComm Card
The MACE WebComm card provides all MACE FloSeries3 devices (FloPro XCi, AgriFlo XCi and HydroMace XCi) the ability to automatically upload internal logged data to the web-based MACE Data Server via mobile telephone networks. The MACE Data Server is integrated with the www.macemeters.com and www.maceusa.com websites, and allows easy access for retrieval of field data. Unlike “conventional” data services, MACE will provide this data server free of charge to its’ customers (subject to MACE SLA).
MACE - Doppler Ultrasonic Insert Velocity Sensor
For use in full pipes or partially full pipes when used in conjunction with an EchoFlo depth sensor. Insertion sensors measure velocity only and require access to the outside wall of the pipe in which the sensor is to be mounted. These sensors can be installed into existing pipework through a 2″ ball valve (recommended) or just through a 2 inch female thread fitting.
