MACFAB - Model 40 - Smallest Vertical Baler
The MACFAB 40 is the smallest vertical baler in the MACFAB range. It is ideal for businesses with small volumes of waste material and limited space to install a baler. The baler comes as standard with a 13 amp single phase 220 volt power supply but other voltages are available. Bales are tied with 9mm polyester textile strapping, and the bale is ejected using a trolley that is included with the 40 baler.
MACFAB - Model 60 - Baler for Plastic Film
This baler is ideal for businesses with small volumes of waste material and limited space to install a baler. Compact your cardboard boxes and plastic film into a 60kg bale. The baler comes as standard with a 13 amp single phase 220 volt power supply but other voltages are available. Two rolls of 9mm bale strapping are hung at the front of the baler to tie off completed bales. Retainers are installed at the front and the back of the bale chamber to hold material in place. An eject trolley is also included to remove bales from the bale chamber.
MACFAB - Model 75 - Waste Baler for Baling Cardboard, Paper and Plastic Film
The most popular baler in the MACFAB range. An excellent baler for baling cardboard, paper and plastic film. This baler is offered in 3 different versions. The lever valve control and eject trolley version Is our standard model and is an excellent choice for value and simple operation. This baler is controlled by a hydraulic lever and timer control configuration. The first video on the right shows this baler in operation.The PLC control and eject trolley version gives the added features of Auto compaction cycles, bale full light and keyed E-stop.The PLC control and eject strap version gives the added features of Auto compaction cycles, bale full light, keyed E-stop and the eject strap system for ease in removing bales. MACFAB - Model 75 - Multi Chamber Baler
A Multi chamber baler is a great option for businesses who want to bale more than one type of material in the one machine. For example, one chamber could be for cardboard, a second chamber for plastic film and a third chamber with an insert could compact food cans. The chambers are top loading which makes it easier for operators to fill each of the bale chambers. An excellent choice for a wide range of businesses but most notably the hospitality industry and Marine sector.
MACFAB - Model 100 - Vertical Balers
The MACFAB 100 vertical baler is an excellent choice for a business looking to compact cardboard boxes and waste plastic packaging. This Baler has as an auto compaction cycle as standard, key locked E-stop with reset button, hour counter to monitor servicing and includes a safe strap bale eject system for easy removal of bales onto a pallet. The 100 baler makes a cardboard bale of 100 kg and a plastic film bale of up to 140 kg. The MACFAB 100 can make 2-4 bales per hour depending on the material and site conditions. The bales are normally tied off with 9mm strapping and the baler holds 4 rolls of strapping above the door for easy access.
MACFAB - Model 150 - Medium Sized Vertical Baler
A medium sized vertical baler that can produce 150 kg bales of cardboard or plastic film. An excellent option for business such as supermarkets or retail outlets who generate a medium volume of packing waste. The top door has a large opening for easy loading of material into the bale chamber. Bales can be easily ejected with the hydraulic eject cylinder onto a pallet. This baler has three bale tying points to secure bales once compacted.
MACFAB - Model 200 - Multi Chamber Baler
The 200 multi chamber baler is a great way to compact and sort different materials such as cardboard, paper,plastic film and other waste materials. Each chamber has its own hydraulic bale ejection system for easy removal of bales onto a pallet. On each chamber there are four tying points to secure each bale with bale strapping. Top loading of material into each chamber is an easy way to load waste into the baler. Improved maintenance and servicing cost compared to having a number of single chamber vertical balers onsite.
MACFAB - Model 250 - 16 Ton Medium Size Vertical Baler
This 16 Ton medium size vertical baler can Bale Plastic film or cardboard boxes up to a weight of 250kg. The 250 baler can be supplied to run on single phase or 3 phase power to match the customers requirement. Bales are ejected onto a standard euro pallet for easy transport ready for recycling. The size of the loading chamber means boxes to not need to be broken down before compaction.
MACFAB - Model LH300 - Low Height Vertical Baler
This vertical baler has a low height of under 2 meters, perfect for store rooms with low ceiling heights. The sides of the bale chamber walls of the LH300 have built-in Compaction Cylinders. This design offers the benefit that you do not need to raise and bolt cylinders into position on-site, unlike some other models in the Macfab baler range. The LH300 has a 20 Ton force. It can compact cardboard boxes, plastic film, FIBC bags, and other recyclable materials. It is an excellent choice for businesses to take control of their waste management. 4 rolls of strapping placed on a bar at the back of the baler to tie off bales. Alternatively, you can use steel wire to tie off bales. There are lifting pockets at the base of the baling press to easily move the baler into position with a fork truck.
MACFAB - Model 450 - Compact Cardboard Vertical Baler
The MACFAB 450 baler is great for businesses to compact large amounts of waste. This baler can compact a wide variety of materials such as cardboard boxes, paper, and plastic film. This baler produces a mill-sized bale of up to 450kg of cardboard. Customers` needs dictate whether bales are secured with strapping or steel wire. A great choice for warehouses and factories that produce substantial amounts of packaging waste from received goods. The 450 balers twin compaction cylinders give an even pressing force when compacting material. During transport, we lower the compaction cylinders inside the bale chamber for ease of shipping. There is a hydraulic cylinder at the base of the bale chamber to eject the completed bale onto a pallet.
