R&B - Reciprocating Blow Molding Machine
R&B Plastics Machinery has introduced a retool/refurbishment program for reciprocating screw blow molding machines. Our long history of designing and building plastic blow molding and metal cutting machinery has allowed R&B to offer a retool program with new innovations and a low cost structure. The standard R&B retool/refurbishment program includes a new Allen Bradley Control Logix control system and Rexroth hydraulic system allowing parsion programming and hydraulic proportional control from one PLC and human machine interface screen . R&B’s experience in specialty control and hydraulic systems allow us to max out the performance of every machine motion; yielding cycle time and motion improvements.

R&B offers the MAX Extruder, a complete line of single-screw extruder machines ranging in size from 1″ to 10″ in diameter. The MAX Extruder can be utilized as a stand-alone extrusion machine or as part of a complete extrusion-system incorporating HMI controls and components by R & B.
