The MACSEP Power Series range of small oil water separators were first introduced in early 2009 and replaced earlier models of SEPA small oil water separators sourced from Australia.

While MACSEP Power Series oil water separators are often used for trade waste applications, MACSEP also designs and manufactures a range of Trade Waste Oil-Water Separators.

MACSEP’s range of large oil-water separators are manufactured to order and as such can be tailored to suit a client’s specific requirements or specific operating conditions.

MACSEP manufactures and supplies a range of Ancillary Equipment. MACSEP supplies a practical range of ancillary equipment to complement oily water separators and associated treatment systems, allowing a complete, integrated package to be delivered for site installation. This includes MACSEP-manufactured stainless steel items such as 316 SS plate packs, walkways/access stairs, float switch brackets and strainers, as well as supporting components selected to suit the duty—pumps, control cubicles, level switches, valves and other instrumentation.

MACSEP supplies gravity - operated Oil Stop Valves that automatically seal outlets during an oil spill. AFL/Clark Oil Stop Valves (OSVs) are designed to prevent separated oil from discharging to sewers or streams. They deliver dependable operation with a single moving part, require no power, and are built for large flow capacity—up to 1400 GPM through a single valve—with an optional self-opening feature and corrosion-resistant construction.
