MaestroNano is a spectrophotometer for bio-chemical research only. The main function is micro volume concentration quantification, for nucleic acid including double-stranded nucleic acid (dsDNA), single-stranded nucleic acid (ssDNA), and ribonucleic acid (RNA), or protein solution. To satisfy most users’ requirements for concentration measurement, MaestroNano defines a most reliable measurement range of concentration of 2-2000 ng/μL, and successfully resists the interferences of ambient light to achieve more accurate measurement results. After dispensing sample on the surface of the central area of the quartz glass, users can select sample type and begin to measure.

Maestro Gen DNA Ladders, comprising of fragments of specific base pair length, are  available for estimation of molecular weights from 100 bp to 10 Kb. For easy determination of band size, several DNA Ladders include bands that are ! t\70 to three times more intense.

For easy determination of band size, several DNA Ladders include bands that are two to three times more intense. 02002-500 AccuRuler 100 bp Plus DNA ready-to-use Ladder is suitable for sizing linear double stranded DNA fragments from 100 bp to 3,000 bp. A unique combination of a number of proprietary plasmids digested with appropriate restriction enzymes and PCR products to yield 12  fragments, suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The 500  bp and 1,500  bp bands have increased intensity to serve as reference points. The approximate mass of DNA in each band is provided (assuming a 0.5 μg / 5 μl load) for approximating the mass of DNA in comparably intense samples of similar size.

Size: 1 ml. MaestroSafe Nucleic Acid Loading Dye represent a new and safe class of nucleic acid dye  for visualization of double-stranded DNA, singlestranded DNA, and RNA in agarose gels. The  dye  is  developed to replace toxic Ethidium Bromide (EtBr, a potent mutagen), commonly used in gel electrophoresis for visualization of nucleic acids in agarose gels. MaestroSafe Nucleic Acid Loading  Dye is  noncarcinogenic by the Ames-test. The results are negative in both the mouse marrow chromophilous erythrocyte micronucleus and mouse spermary spermatocyte chromosomal aberration tests.
