Geomembrane
Maharshee - Model MGIPL HDPE - Smooth Geomembrane
An essentially impermeable material, in the form of manufactured sheet, which may be synthetic, bituminous or bentonitic, used in geotechnical, environmental, hydraulic and transportation engineering applications.
Maharshee - Model MGIPL - Textured Geomembrane
An essentially impermeable material, in the form of manufactured sheet, which may be synthetic, bituminous or bentonitic, used in geotechnical, environmental, hydraulic and transportation engineering applications.
Geotextile
Maharshee - Model MGIPL - Woven Geotextile
MGIPL WOVEN GEOTEXTILE range is made from Polypropylene (PP) fibers using a precision weaving process. They are characterized by high tensile strengths at low elongation, hence yielding high tensile modulus. These woven geotextiles are dimensionally stable, resistant to Ultra Violet (UV) degradation and are engineered to be mechanically and chemically stable in aggressive soil environments and are also resistant to biological environments normally found in soil.
Maharshee - Model MG - PP Nonwoven, Needlepunched Geotextile
Mgiplgeo nonwoven geotextiles are manufactured from high quality polypropylene staple fibres. The fibres are mechanically bonded through needle-punching to form a strong, flexible and dimensionally stable fabric structure, with optimum pore sizes and high permeability. The geotextile is resistant to chemicals and biological organisms normally found in soils and is stabilized against degradation due to short-term exposure to ultraviolet radiation. Mgiplgeo nonwoven geotextiles conforms to the following property values.
Geogrid
Maharshee - Model MGIPL - Biaxial Geogrids
MGIPL Biaxial Geogrids manufactured from select grades of high tenacity, high molecular weight, and low carboxyl end group polyester yarn to ensure high strengths, low creep and excellent durability. The yarns are formed into a dimensionally stable grid structure with uniform apertures, using an advanced weft insertion warp knitting process and are then given a tough and durable polymeric coating to enhance dimensional stability, resistance to installation damage and durability. MGIPL Biaxial Geogrids are suitable for the reinforcement of soils and other granular materials where strength in both directions is important.
Maharshee - Model MGIPL - Uniaxial Geogrids
MGIPL UNIAXIAL Geogrid are knitted polyester geogrids with a protective polymeric coating engineered for demanding soil reinforcement applications. MGIPL Geogrid is manufactured from select grades of high tenacity polyester yarn with molecular weight > 25,000 and carboxyl end groups < 30, to ensure high strengths, low greep and excellent durability. The yarns are formed into a dimensionally stable grid structure with uniform apertures, using an advanced weft insertion warp knitting process and is then given a tough and durable polymeric coating to enhance dimensional stability, resistance to installation damage and durability.
Geonet
Maharshee - Geonet
A polymeric structure, in the form of manufactured sheet, consisting of a regular network of integrally connected overlapping ribs, whose openings are usually larger than the constituents, used in geotechnical, environmental, hydraulic and transportation engineering applications
Geosynthetic Clayliner
Maharshee - Geosynthetic Clayliner
Geosynthetic clay liners consist of a layer of high swelling sodium Bentonite, sandwiched between two Geotextiles. Use to contain and manage solids liquids and gasses.
Geocomposites
Maharshee - Model MGIPL512 - Single Sided Geocomposite
Single Sided Geocomposite MGIPL512 is a high – density polyethylene (HDPE) geonet with one polypropylene (PP) Geotextile heat laminated. The geonet is made with 2 over crossed strands at 60 o, whose geometry create channels with a high flow capacity, also under pressure and at very low gradents.
PP Multifilament Yarn
Maharshee - Polypropylene (PP) Multifilament Yarn
It is high tenacity Polypropylene Multifilament Yarn for industrial and consumer uses. Our range of multifilament FDY Yarns are available in 300 denier to 3500 denier and in various colors. We produce both flat and twisted yarn with a twist range of 50 TPM up to 720 TPM in both S and Z direction.
