The MAINPEX Sliding Sleeve System is an insoluble, permanently impermeable and DVGW tested compound which means that no additional seals or sealants are required between the pipe and the fitting. Thanks to the widening technology, the pressure loss and the flow rate in the modled components remain very low. The MAINPEX Sliding Sleeve System is based on the multilayer composite pipe produced by MAINCOR. The sliding sleeve technology provides an uncomplicated, simple and safe processing thanks to its double profile and recess. The sanitation system is rounded off by a wide range of ancillary components designed to make the work easier.

The MAINPRESS pressing system is ideal for the rapid and secure installation of multi-layer composite pipes. The MAINPRESS system creates a permanent, consistently leak-proof and DVGW-tested connection for use in heating and sanitary applications. Controlled leckage as safety feature to secure detection of not correct pressed fi ttings. The fixed press sleeve has small holes at the end as an observation window, which serves the visual control of the correct stop collar.

The MAINAIR product range extends from the ventilation unit to the antimicrobial ventilation pipe. MAINCOR delivers complete systems in a modular design so that they can be individually adapted for each building. Thanks to the built-in heat recovery, up to 90% of thermal energy is extracted from the air outlet in order to pre-warm fresh air from outside. The dry construction system by MAINCOR with a low floor construction and a low weight has essential advantages regarding new and old buildings. Considerably quicker controllability is an additional benefit.

With the MAINCOR Rail System, the fixing of the underfloor heating pipes takes place with the help of the self-adhesive MAINCOR rail-fix. A rail installation has the advantage that the heating circuits can be changed as desired without damaging the underlaying insulation. It provides a good acoustic as the impact-noise insulation is not penetrated.

MAINCOR offers the possibility of combining the basic materials PE-RT for the overlap-welded aluminium multilayer composite pipe. It goes without saying that individual customer requirements are also taken into account in the pipe construction. The monitoring of the production quality during production using the latest measuring techniques always guarantees the fulfilment of high technical requirements.

MAINCOR produces single and multilayer plastic pipes made of PE-X or PE-RT on state-of-the-art machines, also with oxygen barrier layer (EVOH) on request. Designs, colours and ring lengths depend on the customer’s wishes. The highest quality standards in the production of these pipes also guarantee the customer maximum safety.

From the original production of protective pipes for sanitary and heating installations, MAINCOR has developed a product area with a very wide range of profile options, dimensions and colours for an individual market presence. The corrugated pipe is assembled in individual ring lengths as required, depending on the dimension, application and processing project.

The subsequent insertion of plain pipes into protective pipes on the construction site is very labour- and cost-intensive, especially for longer pipe runs. That is why more and more users are turning to prefabricated products to increase productivity on the construction site. MAINCOR mechanically pulls the line pipe into a protective pipe and saves the customer a complete work step during installation and thus time and costs. With the pipe-in-pipe service, pipes up to a length of 50 metres can be assembled at MAINCOR.
