Mainline Top-Check valve features a top suspended gate which stays forever clean. The clear lid & cleanout provide ease for visible inspections and sewer rodding. Manual sewer shut off provides owner option to manually close their valve.

Unlike other valves this valve has a minimal fall 3/8" through the body which means it`s easier to install. Simply cut out enough pipe for valve and simply drop in and connect to plumbing system. This can be done in as little as 24"of excavation, if utilizing existing building cleanout. All other valves have greater falls through the body and require at least 4-5 feet of concrete breaking just to make up the fall through the body. NO 2-foot rule as in other valves.

The Adapt-a-Valve Extendable Backwater Valve was invented because there was a need to have easy access to enable servicing  of backwater valves deeper than 2 feet.  The only other options were expensive and unsightly ‘vaults’ or ‘access culverts’ in which someone had to crawl down to service the backwater valve. Another option, which was strictly against code but done by unscrupulous persons, was to completely bury a valve with no intention of ever servicing the backwater valve. The Adapt-a-Valve not only made extendible backwater valves easy to install, inspect and service, but with the special gate slot molded right into the body, it could easily be used for ‘pressure’ testing the ground works by adding the Test Gate feature. Hence, the name Adapt-a-Valve – because it could be adapted to various functions!

The Straight-Fit Backwater Valve features a patent pending flapper, designed to smoothly guide cleaning and surveying equipment through the BWV, also allowing for safe withdrawal of the same, minimizing risk of damage to the flapper. The addition of a Smart- Curve snake guide also prevents damage to the valve body during snaking from the main access. The Straight-Fit Valve body design has minimal slope, making it ideal for new installations and retrofits.

An Inspection Chamber is a clean-out generally installed at the property line of a building. It allows the municipality or city to access the sanitary or storm sewers without disturbing the building owner. The municipality or city can service the laterals to the building with cleaning equipment for blockages or they can camera the lateral for inspection purposes.

Flush Cap Cleanouts are internal fitting caps that allow for a flush finish on both indoor and outdoor installations. They provide a sealed access point to the plumbing system and eliminate the need for access boxes or access openings in the floor. Available in 4” & 6” (ABS and PVC), Flush Caps are an ideal finish to any Adapt-a-Valve or Straight-Fit valve installation.

Termex Valves are available in 4” and come in both the normally open gate design or normally closed. They can be used in many applications such as septic tanks, storm water retention ponds, lift stations and more! They are made of rugged PVC with an ABS gate. Extendable Termex valves are available in 3”, 4” & 6” DWV in both ABS and PVC

The Pipe Plug is a safe and economical way to pressure test DWV drainage systems. Pipe Plugs can be used for horizontal or vertical testing applications. They simply slide into the cleanout and once pressure testing is complete, they ‘tear’ out of the system by pulling on the cord attached to the pull tab. Quick and efficient as well as affordable. Pipe Plugs come in 3” and 4” sizes for DWV pipe.
