Every step from assay setup over data evaluation to report writing is simplified with an intuitive design that mirrors the way you work. Our latest release, WAVEcontrol 4.0, also includes Direct Kinetics, a fast, automated and objective way to analyze data.

XRF Spectrometry for Rapid Multi-Element Analysis

Omnian - X-ray Fluorescence Software

Omnian enables users to achieve the best possible analysis when dedicated methods or certified standards do not exist. A trendsetting standardless analysis package, Omnian incorporates state-of-the-art software and setup samples that transcend technologies. Available for Epsilon 1, Epsilon 3X and Zetium spectrometers, Omnian delivers fast and reliable results regardless of sample type or matrix.

X-ray Diffraction

XRD Analysis Software

Industry is a central software module for XRD analysis that is designed to support industrial users with routine analysis. It automates production and quality control for our XRD instruments, effectively turning them into fully automatic, remotely controlled laboratories. It makes simple work of routine operations, with high-level macros defining measurement strategies and performing a complete analysis.

SAXS Data Analysis Software

Small-angle X-ray scattering analysis made easy Particle size distribution analysis EasySAXS is a stand-alone, easy-to-use software package for the automated analysis of small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) data from samples containing nanoparticles (such as nanopowders, nanoparticle dispersions and nanocomposites) and from porous materials. It reads in experimental data files, performs background correction, estimates particle / pore size distributions, and the surface-to-volume ratio of spherical particles. Instrumental broadening effects are taken into account. In the analysis no prior assumption about the shape of the size distribution curve is made. Complex, multimodal size distributions may thus also be revealed.
