The product produced by our firm helps to strengthen the paved surfaces by setting up a separation barrier between subsoil and base, permitting free water to drain quickly, but preventing soils from moving into the base. The fabric adds tensile reinforcement to the pavement permitting heavier wheel loads while substantially reducing maintenance. It also provides a long lasting, better quality surface while allowing a 25 per cent reduction in base course aggregate.
Geotextile provides inherently stronger track system that lasts longer, requires little maintenance, and produces a net cost savings. For new track or repairs, there's no need to remove native soil, install our product directly on the subgrade and eliminate contamination from below the ballast.
Geo Bags have the following advantages : -Affordable price with global standard specification -Available Ex-stock or fastest delivery, avoid blockage of money against container load Staggered delivery for sizable quantity acceptable. -In compare to conventional erosion protection work using C.C. Block, gravel, hard rock etc, sand filled geobags technology involves less cost. -World widely it has been seen that erosion protection work using Geo bags requires less installation and maintenance cost light weight...
The geotextile performs two primary functions when used in the construction of tunnels:- 1. Protection of the linear from abrasion and puncture by protrusions from the base surface of the tunnel well. 2.Drainage of water seeping through the rock and sprayed concrete layer. The in-plane oermeability of the geotextile enables the water to flow to a subsurface drainage collection system. where it is directed awa from the tunne
Our articles are designed to allow liquids to pass in the draining systems as in the micro pore tubes and at the same time help to retain the finer particles while avoiding their migration into the drainage.
Polymeric liners are prone to puncture by inclusions within the underlying soil. Thick, non-woven geotextile can be used to give protection to liners during installation. Often the upper slopes are exposed to damage and it is a good practice to cover these areas with a depth of soil which will sustain vegetation. Alternatively, a stone or concrete substance can be used to achieve a hard landscaped appearance. Our product will protect the liner from puncture whilst also providing a degree of slope stability.
