Waste material is put inside the hopper manually. But in the Bin lifting system an arrangement is provided where the bins can be emptied into the hopper using hydraulic system. Bins with 200 litres or 500 litres capacity is provided in every house or corner of the street. The garbage can be emptied into these bins, which can later be emptied into the hopper using Bin Lifting System. The hopper than disposes the material into the nearby the container or Refuse Compactor. The bin lifting system can be mounted on various vehicle from mini trucks to HCV with different capacity of hopper and bins.

A open/ close body container, build on a vehicle which can empty trash hydraulically. The main purpose of the tipper is to collect the waste material from place to place and dump it on landfill site. Tipper can be mounted on various chassis. It can be mounted on 3 wheeler to 25 tonner chassis with different capacity. Looking at this limitations of the compactor, tippers were developed on 3 wheel and mini trucks. These vehicles can easily manoeuvre the streets. The power to operate the hydraulic system Is taken from the PTO or a DC Powerpack is provided. All the components like cylinder, hoses, control valve, fittings are of highest equality. It is also fitted with filter system for the hydraulic oil.

Cleaning of underground drainage / sewage lines and manholes and wet wells has always been a challenging job for the Municipal Authorities due to its involvement and concerns of human life. Municipal Authorities are somewhat relived with the innovations of high pressure jetting machines and suction machines by which the chocked drainage / sewage lines can be easily cleaned without having the person to enter into sewage lines keeping their lives always at risk. Even though, as on now, Municipal Authorities are dependent on manpower when it comes to cleaning / de-silting of manholes and wet wells and is still an unsolved problem. It has become more challenging with the implications of the directives of Hon’ble supreme court directing all the municipalities to avoid manpower entering into the manholes and wet wells for its cleaning and to explore the possibilities of using mechanized vehicles and equipment for this purpose.

‘JETMAN’ High Pressure Sewer Jetting Machine suitable for effective and efficient cleaning of chocked underground drainage / sewage lines. It is capable of cleaning chocked drainage / sewage lines ranging from 50mm dia to 900mm dia and more. The operation is carried out by a specially designed nozzle which delivers high pressure water into the sewage / drainage lines. It is developed on HCV / LCV /MINI Truck, Trailer Chassis & 3 Wheeler Chassis depending upon the tank and pump capacity. Apart from specific Jetting Operation this Multipurpose Machine can be used for Cleaning of Toilet Blocks, Foot Paths, Cleaning / Servicing of Vehicles and also to extinguish small fire and to spray pesticide.

Tower ladders were used before Aerial work platform were developed. Only vertical height could be achieved with the Telescopic aluminium tower ladder. Horizontal outreach could not be achieved with these ladders. There are no safety feature for a person working on the height. These ladder can be mounted on any platform, and can reach upto height of 15 meters. Aerial Work Platforms were developed for maintenance purpose. These platforms have both vertical height as well as horizontal out reach. Platforms are available from 9.5 meter working height to 42 meters working height. These platforms can be mounted on the 1 ton chassis to 25 ton chassis. All the platforms are made looking at the safety of the person. The platforms are designed as per EN280 standard. 3kV insulated bucket is provided for electrical maintenance purpose.
