Maniks manufactures all kind of spares for reverse-jet pulse valves used in bag filters for dust collection, used typically in cement and steel plants. These spares are compatible with valves of various others makes like Maniks. The diaphragms are made application-specific by manufacturing in various materials like special imported polyester, neoprene and viton (for high temperature).

We also cater to special requirements such as flame-proof enclosures for valves.

The Maniks Solid State Sequential Controller is a precision-engineered sequential timer designed to automate and optimize pulse jet cleaning cycles in industrial dust collector systems. With reliable semiconductor logic, LED indicators, and adjustable sequencing, this sequential timer controller delivers consistent performance, energy efficiency, and extended filter life across a wide range of applications, from dust filtration systems to burners, boilers, and AC units.

The MANIKS Controllers of this series are micro controller based units which can be programmed to suit clients’ actual requirements. There are two basic modes of operation: a) Program Mode b) Manual Mode In “Program Mode” the unit can be programmed to follow desired set of instructions and in “Manual Mode” we can operate output (Pilot Valves) sequentially. This controller has been designed to operate the pulse solenoid valves used on dust collector equipments.

Maniks make sequential Timer is designed to operate Solenoid Valves used in dust collector equipment’s: This is designed with very high-performance IC’s which provide high speed of operations. Special type of power supply with built-in spike protection used which enables wide range of operating supply voltage for assured and uninterrupted performance even in those areas where there is heavy voltage fluctuation. Features like Auto and Manual are provided with Manual Advance Key.

The Maniks IL Series panels are custom-made Sequential Timer Panels as per customer requirement. These can include features like Additional Switches for ON/ OFF, Auto/Manual, Local/Remote, Emergency STOP as well as Lamp Indications for Pulsing ON, Timer ON/Healthy, Cycle Complete, Local/Remote ON, Auto/Manual ON and many other as per customer request. Additional MCBs(For Protection), Interlocking Relays(e.g Pressure Switch Input/DP Switch/Remote ON/ & Isolation relay cards are also pre-installed if required.
