The Baler packs consumer bags into paper, poly, or mesh master bags. It counts packages entering into each master bag and once finished, closes with a sewing head, heat seal, or glue. A vertical lift (option)provides gentle handling by catching bags and reducing drops as they enter the master bags. The Baler is capable of packing up to 10 kg consumer bags and can pack at rates of up to nine bales per minute. Its flexible design and multiple features ensure it can easily integrate into any packing facility. 

The AutoMesh Baler bales consumer bags into master bags made from raschel mesh roll material. It counts the packages that go into each master bag and uses two intermediate bins to reduce the amount of drop into the master bags. Once a master bag is ready, it is separated into a separate bag and securely sewn shut. The Automesh Baler can bale consumer bags from 1 to 5 kg and can process up to 9 bales per minute.
