Polarization is a property of certain crystals which are naturally electrically polarized and as a result contain large electric fields. Polarization can be described as the ability of certain materials to generate a temporary voltage when they are heated or cooled. The change in temperature modifies the positions of the atoms slightly within the crystal structure such that the polarization of the material changes. This polarization change gives rise to a voltage across the crystal. If the temperature stays constant at its new value, the Polarization voltage gradually disappears due to leakage current. The system is designed by our company are most advanced in its specifications and can undertake various tests needed by researchers. The complete system is fully automatic with temperature variation and can go down as low as liquid nitrogen. The system also has option to go beyond room temperature with high temperature options such as  500K, 773K and 1073K.

Marine India - High Temperature Sample Holder

The High Temperature Stage is designed to provide user a low-cost solution for two and four probe measurement option. The Conventional systems uses a very large size AC Furnace. The load is only a small piece of sample. Therefore, it is not necessary to use a large furnace. There is another disadvantage of using a large size AC furnace, the heating is abrupt/Fluctuating   and colling is not controlled. At maximum experiments the heating rate is very important which is difficult to achieve in large size furnace. We are using a very small power DC Heater. The benefit of using a DC heater is noise free data.  The measurement techniques are well defined which makes the system versatile. User can hold the specimen at a desired temperature between RT – 773K. The complete system comprises of High Temperature sample holder, temperature controller stage, Vacuum pump and interconnecting cables. Following are the main highlights of the system.
