By synchronizing our production plus remanufacturing schedule with your route planning, the entire logistics chain is precisely coordinated, from off-loading the system/component to re-installing it, anywhere in the world.

Just-in-Time; To make sure our customers improve their ROI, quality and efficiency, we’ve perfected our JIT methods (such as Pull and Kanban). The result is a reduction of in-process inventory and its corresponding costs.

Some of the largest companies in the world trust us to manage their product inventories at our local warehouses and we can do the same for you. We work with you to develop customized processes ranging from database communications and bar coding to electronic releases and invoicing to simplify your operations. We can use “Consignment Stocking" to bring our highest level of service right inside your own warehouses.

MWH remanufactures 4-stroke exhaust valve cages and cylinder heads, 2-stroke exhaust valves, and their entire valve train assembly including valve spindles and valve seats. When we remanufacture these components, we upgrade them to their optimal performance level – a level often better than their original manufacturer standard. This improvement is possible due to our expertise in working with nickel-based superalloys in our exclusive Nimalike process, a process which yields higher efficiency, a longer lifecycle and reduced costs. With RUBI, our Rules-based Inspection, we can track your component’s performance for its whole lifecycle. This tracking helps us discover the best ways to improve the design, manufacturing and remanufacturing process.
