The mobile EasyMax conveyor belts has more than proven itself and is ubiquitous in the world of internal transport.

The Wevab conveyor belt offer a wide assortment of powered and connectable conveyors. By means of a flexible coupling, the Wevab conveyor belt can easily be connected to a maximum lengths of 5 meters, even with a slope. Each motor part can drive up to approximately 50 meters of coupled conveyors. The belt deck is supported with rollers and a V-belt to minimize lateral movement of the conveyor. In addition, various supports, guide rails and corner pieces are available to completely automate your logistics system.

In addition to the well-known link belts, we also have fixed conveyors. These are longer conveyor belts in a fixed set-up. How these conveyor belts are used in actual practice depends on several variables. Which plants in which pot sizes go over the conveyor belt, do trays go over the conveyor belt, and do users want to be able to walk across the conveyor belt?

You can use our roller conveyors for buffering and seamless transferring products. If a higher capacity is required on a limited amount of surface, you can also opt for a multi-layer roller conveyor buffer.

You can use the roller bed conveyor belt very efficiently during every stage of your product stream: order picking, processing, packaging, and transport. We make our roller conveyors ourselves and are therefore able to deliver them quickly. As standard, our roller conveyors are made up of an aluminium profile with plastic rollers featuring a pitch of 62.5 mm, 83.3 mm, 100 mm or 125 mm. We make use of other materials if the standard is not adequate, for example, for heavier products.

When it comes to bridging long distances, you can count on the specially developed Conveyor Max™ conveyor. This conveyor belt is often used as a ‘main belt’. In this series, the belt deck and drive units are suitable for tall loads where greater distances are concerned to ensure that a conveyor belt is stable and reliable. These are custom-made conveyor belts which can be made for you in any length or width.

Pot forks enable employees to work efficiently and ergonomically. You can save time by removing multiple pots from a conveyor belt at the same time and setting them aside with our pot forks. This also ensures an equal distance is kept between the pots. In our range, we have various types of setting forks, fixed forks, harmonica forks, twin spacers and hand forks, standard as well as custom-made. Ask about the options.

A buffer conveyor belt is used to collect large numbers of products and to make sure that clearing runs smoothly. The products are buffered in an efficient way so that they can be easily moved, for example, by using a potting fork. The belts are available in various sizes and can be equipped with a Stolz load pusher and/or spring belt. A buffer belt combined with a Stolze load pusher collects the products on a pre-collection belt. They are then shifted onto the buffer conveyor once the set number of products is reached. Various programmes can be set and stored via a touch screen.
