Maselli - In-Line Process Digital Refractometer
The UR24 digital refractometer is a stand-alone unit designed for simple installation in-line or in a tank. The analyzer provides a continuous measurement of concentration that can display the result in Brix, nD, or % concentration with high accuracy. The UR 24 also features a user programmable scale for specific applications. The analyzer provides an output signal that can be used for process control. The output signals can be configured as analog or digital. After initial installation and configuration no further measurement adjustments are required. The sensor measurement utilizes optical technology, so it is maintenance free. The sensor is incased in a stainless-steel structure and is IP67 rated. This robust construction allows the sensor to be mounted in any industrial environment utilizing a variety of Maselli mounting options.
Maselli - Digital Refractometric Analyzer
The UR62 digital refractometer is a probe designed for simple installation in-line or in a tank or vessel. It continuously measures concentration and displays and outputs the result in Brix or nD or % concentration with basic accuracy. The UR62 will signal to the process when concentration is outside of specifications or has reached its target end point by means of analogue 4-20 mA output. The probe is easily set up and configured through a PC or portable computing device using its built in RS485 interface. It can also be connected to the optional RC-24 touch screen operator display unit.
Maselli - Intrinsically Safe Process Digital Refractometer
The URX1 digital refractometer is designed specifically for hazardous areas up to Zone 0: the equipment certificate is ATEX II 1 G – EEx ia IIB T4. You may simply install the unit in-line or in a tank or vessel. It continuously measures concentration and displays and outputs the result in Brix or nD or % concentration with high accuracy. It also features a user programmable scale for specific applications. The URX1 will signal to the process when concentration is outside of specifications or has reached its target end point by means of analogue and digital interfaces (Profibus DP is available as an option).

Maselli - Inline Beverage Analysis System
The IB08 beverage analyzer is a complete inline quality control system. The analyzer measures carbonated soft drink (Brix, Diet, CO2 and O2) as well flavored waters. The analyzer is based on optical technology and is virtually maintenance free. The Brix and Diet readings are measured via refractive index and infrared technology is used for measuring CO2 (pressure / temperature CO2 sensor is also available upon request).
Maselli - Beverage Analyzer System
The beverage analyzer IB07 is the only 100% in line system able to measure accurately Bx and CO2 of any regular carbonated beverage including fruit juice with fibers, energy drinks and mineral waters. The equipment is based on optical technology: refractive index for Bx measurement and infrared for CO2 one. Both analyzers do not have any drift in the time so that the Maselli IB07 acts like a “black box” which does not need any adjustment vs the laboratory: after the initial configuration during start up, the operators in the plant do not have to touch the system anymore. The Maselli IB07 may be delivered in 3 different configurations: only Bx, only CO2 or the combination Bx/CO2 but, in any case, the installation can be easily made by means of 1 single Varivent fitting. Due to the optical technology, the equipment is virtually no maintenance reducing drastically the ownership costs.

Maselli - Inline Beer Analyzer System
The beer analyzer BA06 is the only 100% inline system for continuous analysis of Alcohol, Plato, Extract, CO2 and O2. Because the system was designed to be installed directly into the process pipe with Varivent fittings, there is no need for bypass loops or pumps. This design can guarantee the best hygienic conditions eliminating any risk of contamination and reduce installation cost. The sensors connect to one of the Maselli user-friendly controllers that display results locally and provides an output signal that can be used for process control. The analyzers have no moving parts making them robust and practically maintenance free.
Maselli - Inline Infrared Carbometric Unit
The UC09 is a 100% inline system designed for measuring the CO2 content of carbonated beverage, beer, wine or carbonated water. Because the system was designed to be installed directly into the process pipe with Varivent fittings there is no need for bypass loops or pumps. This design can guarantee the best hygienic conditions eliminating risk of contamination and reduce installation cost. This optical sensor uses infrared ATR technology entirely factory-developed and capable to withstand all types of applications even those featured by high temperatures. It only takes about 3 seconds for processing the measurement helping operators to better optimize the process. It has minimal drift and is virtually maintenance free. After initial installation and configuration no further measurement adjustments are required. The sensor connects to a user-friendly controller (MP01 or MP02) that display the results locally and provide output signal that can be used for process control.

Maselli - Lab Differential Refractometer
The DR-10 Easy Diet laboratory analyser is an innovative system for measuring the concentration of diet or sugar-free carbonated soft drinks. A single analyser that for concentration measurement can replace HPLC, spectrophotometry, titration and other manual systems and methods. The system is simple to use and provides accurate and consistent results without the need for a skilled operator. The analysis cycle is completely automatic and requires no sample preparation. There are no chemical reagents required or routine consumables to be replaced. While designed for the laboratory the system is rugged enough to be used at-line for fast results for samples taken directly from the line. Using this technology, it is possible as well to measure diet syrups and regular beverages.
Maselli - Lab Refractometer
The LR-02 refractometer has been designed to be accurate, robust, compact and easy to use both in the laboratory and out at the line. Thanks to its battery power supply and carrying handle, it is easy to transport and use without being connected to a main power supply. Its waterproof keyboard and its stainless steel structure mean it can be safely used directly in the production area. By simply lowering the cover, without pushing a single button, the LR-02 "Easy Start" refractometer measures the sample`s refractive index, calculates its concentration (Brix o User), displays the information on an LCD unit with back lighting and sends the recorded value to an optional external printer or to a PC. The project has been developed using state of the art technology, which guarantee a high level of precision and reliability, such as the sapphire prism, the LED long-life light source and high-resolution digital optical CCD sensor.

Remote Controller
As an option, the RC-24 Remote Controller makes it possible to operate and control in-line Maselli analyzers from a distant location. This is particularly useful when an analyzer is installed in a position which is difficult to get to, or if the analyzer in question is not equipped with a display unit. The RC-24 is connected to the analyzer by an RS485 serial interface and has the capability to repeat the same displays and commands found on the unit installed in-line. This allows the operator to behave as if they were acting directly on the analyzer itself.
