At Masport we hand assemble each one of our Plug & Play units with you in mind. We assemble each unit at our shop to save you valuable time. All you have to do is bolt our unit to the frame of your truck hook up your PTO and hoses and begin working. Each Plug & Play comes equipped with a pump, pump stand, secondary scrubber, inlet filter, gearbox, coupling kit, vacuum relief valve, pressure relief valve, and vacuum/ pressure gauge. We offer a full line of Plug & Play units to suit your needs from our 156 C.F.M. HXL4V to the 912 C.F.M. Robuschi high vacuum blower. We also offer a 1 year warranty on all of our units to stand by our work.

The Masport Primary Shut-Off Trap is designed to be the primary shut-off trap on liquid and semi-solid handling systems. The primary shut-off trap provides initial vacuum pump protection against contamination and damage from material carry-over. An independent shut-off float cage assembly makes inspection convenient and fast. Chemical and corrosion resistant viton float seat and stainless steel float ball provide for superior durability. The non-restrictive, full flow shut-off trap is sized to prevent early float ball activation. Our three sizes will match any vacuum pump with an airflow of 20 to 400 C.F.M.

The Masport Super Scrubber / Moisutre Trap is designed to be a dual-function moisture trap (scrubber) and a secondary shut-off trap on liquid and semisolid handling systems which is extremely effective in protecting your vacuum pump. Ma sport`s exclusive design provides superior protection under a wide range of operations. Standard N.P.T. fittings simplify installation and provide an air tight connection to any 20 to 400 C.F.M. vacuum pump. Every Super Scrubber is pressure tested for air tightness. Available primed, painted and fitted with easy-mouting brackets in vertical and horizontal styles.
